"لَوْ أنَّ امْرءًا اطَّلَعَ عَلَيكَ بِغَيرِ إِذنٍ فَحَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأتَ عَينَهُ، لَمْ يكُنْ عَلَيكَ جُنَاحٌ".

أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِعَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ
If a person were to cast a glance in your (house) without permission, and you had in your hand a staff and you would have thrust that in his eyes, there is no harm for you.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ جُنَاحٍ
"If a person were to look at you without permission and you were to throw a stone at him and put out his eye, there would be no blame on you."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَخَذَفْتَهُ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى جُنَاحٌ
[Machine] "Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, 'If a man were to maliciously intrude into your house, and you were to throw a stone at him and accidentally damage his eye, you would not be held accountable.'"
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَأَبَا الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ فِي بَيْتِكَ فَحَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "If a man were to look and say, ‘If only I had not seen a certain woman without your permission,’ then you should throw a pebble at him, causing him to lose his eye. There would be no blame on you for doing so."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِكَ فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ
ذِكْرُ نَفْيِ الْجُنَاحِ عَمَّنْ فَقَأَ عَيْنَ النَّاظِرِ فِي بَيْتِهِ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If someone enters your house without permission and you throw a stone at him that causes him to lose an eye, you are not at fault."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَوِ اطَّلَعَ أَحَدٌ فِي بَيْتِكَ وَلَمْ تَأْذَنْ لَهُ فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ»
