Anas reported that the garment most liked by Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the mantle of Yemen. (Using translation from Muslim 2079b)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٩٥٦٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

«كَانَ أَحَبُّ الثِّيَابِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ الْحِبَرَةُ»

I asked Anas, "What kind of clothes was most beloved to the Prophet?" He replied, "The Hibra (a kind of Yemenese cloth).

The most beloved garment to the Prophet ﷺ to wear was the Hibra (a kind of Yemenese cloth).

"The most beloved of garments to the Prophet of Allah [SAW] was the Hibarah."  

النسائي:٥٣١٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

abudawud:4025 – Ibrāhīm b. Mūsá > al-Faḍl b. Mūsá

The clothing which the Messenger of Allah ﷺ liked best was shirt.  

أبو داود:٤٠٢٥ – حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمُؤْمِنِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَنَفِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ أَحَبَّ الثِّيَابِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْقَمِيصُ  

tirmidhi:1762 – Muḥammad b. Ḥumayd al-Rāzī > Abū Tumaylah And al-Faḍl b. Mūsá Wazayd b. Ḥubāb > ʿAbd al-Muʾmin b. Khālid > ʿAbdullāh b. Buraydah > Um Salamah

"The most loved garment to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the Qamis (long shirt)."  

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Gharib. We only know of it as a narration of 'Abdul-Mu'min bin Khalid (a narrator in the chain of this Hadith) who was alone in narrating it, and he is from Al-Marwaz. Some of them report this Hadith from Abu Tumailah, from 'Abdul-Mu'min bin Khalid, from 'Abdullah bin Buraidah, from his mother, from Umm Salamah. He said: I heard Muhammad bin Ism'ail saying: "The narration of Ibn Buraidah from his mother, from Umm Salamah is more correct, Abu Tumailah mentioned 'his mother' in it."
