Permissibility to bathe along with your spouse

The Prophet ﷺ and I used to take a bath from a single pot called 'Faraq'.

كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ قَدَحٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ الْفَرَقُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took a bath from the vessel (which contained seven to eight seers, i. e. fifteen to sixteen pounds) of water And I and he (the Holy Prophet) took a bath from the same vessel. And in the hadith narrated by Sufyan the words are:" from one vessel". Qutaiba said: Al-Faraq is three Sa' (a cubic measuring of varying magnitude).

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَغْتَسِلُ فِي الْقَدَحِ وَهُوَ الْفَرَقُ وَكُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَهُوَ فِي الإِنَاءِ الْوَاحِدِ وَفِي حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ وَالْفَرَقُ ثَلاَثَةُ آصُعٍ

I witnesses the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying in a shirt.

إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي فِي قَمِيصٍ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform Ghusl from a vessel which was the size of a Faraq [1] and he and I used to perform Ghusl using a single vessel." [1] Sixteen Ratls.

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَغْتَسِلُ فِي الْقَدَحِ وَهُوَ الْفَرَقُ وَكُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَهُوَ فِي إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ

"I used to perform Ghusl with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from one vessel, which was the size of a Faraq."

كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَهُوَ قَدْرُ الْفَرَقِ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform Ghusl from a vessel which was the size of a Faraq [1] and he and I used to perform Ghusl from a single vessel." [1] See No. 230

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَغْتَسِلُ فِي الإِنَاءِ وَهُوَ الْفَرَقُ وَكُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَهُوَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ

"The Messenger of Allah and I would take a bath from a single vessel." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 376)

كُنْتُ «أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَهُوَ الْفَرَقُ»

[AI] "During the time of Aisha, I used to take a bath with the Prophet ﷺ using a single container. He would take a bath from a pitcher while I would use the washbasin."

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَكَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الْقَدَحِ وَهُوَ الْفَرَقُ

"The Messenger of Allah and I would take a bath from a single vessel." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 376)

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ

"The Messenger of Allah and I would take a bath from a single vessel." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 376)

كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍوَاحِدٍ أَغْتَرِفُ أَنَا وَهُوَ مِنْهُ

"I used to perform Ghusl with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from one vessel, which was the size of a Faraq." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 231)

كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ فِيهِ قَدْرُ الْفَرَقِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Jafar ibn Muhammad from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was washed in a long shirt.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ غُسِّلَ فِي قَمِيصٍ

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited ˹doing˺ "sadal" (wrapping garments around oneself and having arms tucked inside during prayer). (Using translation from Aḥmad 8582)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «نَهَى عَنِ السَّلَفِ فِي الْحَيَوَانِ»

"I used to perform Ghusl with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from one vessel, which was the size of a Faraq." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 231)

«كُنْتُ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَهُوَ قَدْرُ الْفَرَقِ»

I witnesses the Messenger of Allah ﷺ praying in a shirt. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 633)

إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي فِي قَمِيصٍ

" رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ يُصَلِّى فِى قَمِيصٍ ".

"كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الفَرْقِ وَهُوَ القَدَح وَكُنْتُ أغْتَسلُ أَنَا وَهُوَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ".
