He who gets back his charity is like a dog which vomits, and then returns to that and eats it.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَيَأْكُلُهُ
He who gets back his charity is like a dog which vomits, and then returns to that and eats it.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَيَأْكُلُهُ
I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: The similitude of one who gives a charity and then gets it back is like that of a dog which vomits and then eats its vomit.
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَتَصَدَّقُ بِصَدَقَةٍ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَأْكُلُ قَيْأَهُ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The likeness of the one who takes back his gift, is that of a dog which goes back to its vomit and eats it.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَرْجِعُ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَيَأْكُلُهُ
"The likeness of the one who takes back his gift is that of a dog which vomits, then goes back to its vomit." (One of the narrators) Al-Awza'i said: "I heard him narrating this Hadith to 'Ata bin Abi Rabah."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِي قَيْئِهِ قَالَ الأَوْزَاعِيُّ سَمِعْتُهُ يُحَدِّثُ عَطَاءَ بْنَ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ
“The likeness of one who takes back his gift is that of a dog that eats until it is full and vomits; then it goes back to its vomit and eats it again.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ مَثَلَ الَّذِي يَعُودُ فِي عَطِيَّتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ أَكَلَ حَتَّى إِذَا شَبِعَ قَاءَ ثُمَّ عَادَ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَأَكَلَهُ
“The likeness of the one who gives charity then takes it back is that of a dog who vomits then goes back and eats its vomit.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَتَصَدَّقُ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ مَثَلُ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فَيَأْكُلُ قَيْئَهُ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said. “The likeness of the one who goes back his charity is that of one who goes back to his vomit.”

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَتَصَدَّقُ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ مَثَلُ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَأْكُلُ قَيْئَهُ
“The likeness of one who takes back his gift is that of a dog that eats until it is full and vomits; then it goes back to its vomit and eats it again.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2384)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَعُودُ فِي عَطِيَّتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَأْكُلُ حَتَّى إِذَا شَبِعَ قَاءَ ثُمَّ عَادَ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَأَكَلَهُ
“The likeness of one who takes back his gift is that of a dog that eats until it is full and vomits; then it goes back to its vomit and eats it again.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2384)

“The likeness of the one who gives charity then takes it back is that of a dog who vomits then goes back and eats its vomit.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2391)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَتَصَدَّقُ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ مَثَلُ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فَيَأْكُلُ قَيْئِهِ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The likeness of the one who gives charity and then takes it back is like a dog that vomits and then eats its vomit."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَثَلُ الرَّاجِعِ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَالْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَيَأْكُلُهُ»
[Machine] "From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: 'The example of the one who reverts to his gift is like the example of a dog that vomits and then returns to its vomit.'"
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَرْجِعُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِي قَيْئِهِ»

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَتَصَدَّقُ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَقِيءُ ثُمَّ يَأْكُلُ قَيْأَهُ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَرْجِعُ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ يَرْجِعُ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَيَأْكُلُهُ»

"مَثَلُ الَّذِي يَتَصدَّقُ ثُم يرْجعُ فِي صَدَقَته كمَثَلِ الْكَلْب يقِئُ ثُمَّ يعُودُ في قَيئِهِ فَيأكُلُهُ".
"مثَلُ الذِى يعُودُ في عَطِيَّتِهِ، كَمثل الكَلْب يأكُلُ حتى إِذَا شَبع قَاءَ ثُمَّ عاد في قَيئِهِ فَأَكَلَهُ".
"مثَلُ الذِى يعُودُ في صَدَقِته كَمثَل الْكَلب يعُودُ في قَيئِه".
"الَّذي يَرْجعُ فِي عَطيَّته كَمَثَلِ الْكْلب أكَلَ حَتَّى إِذَا شَبعَ قَاءَ، ثُمَّ عَادَ فِي قَيئِهِ فأَكَلَهُ" .
"إِنَّ مَثَلَ الَّذى يَعُودُ في عَطِيّتِهِ كمَثَل الْكَلب أَكَلَ حَتَّى إِذَا شَبعَ قَاءَ ثم عاد في قَيْئِهِ فَأَكَلَهُ".
"إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الَّذى يَتَصدَّقُ بصَدَقَة ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فِى صَدَقَتِه، كَمَثِل الْكَلبِ يَقِئُ ثُمَّ يَأكُلُ قَيْئَه" .
"عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ فِي الَّذِي يَرْجِعُ فِي عَطِيَّتِهِ كَمَثَلِ الْكَلْبِ، يَأكُلُ حَتَّى إِذَا شَبعَ قَاءَ، ثُمَّ عَادَ فِي قَيْئِهِ فَأَكَلَهُ".
