The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah forgives my followers those (evil deeds) their souls may whisper or suggest to them as long as they do not act (on it) or speak."
إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَجَاوَزَ لأُمَّتِي عَمَّا وَسْوَسَتْ أَوْ حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ بِهِ أَوْ تَكَلَّمْ
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah has overlooked for me for my Ummah what whispers or tempts their hearts, unless they put it to action or utter it."
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَجَاوَزَ لِي عَنْ أُمَّتِي مَا وَسْوَسَتْ بِهِ صُدُورُهَا مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ أَوْ تَكَلَّمْ
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah has forgiven my followers the evil thoughts that occur to their minds, as long as such thoughts are not put into action or uttered."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَجَاوَزَ عَنْ أُمَّتِي مَا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ أَوْ تَتَكَلَّمْ
Verily Allah forgave my people the evil promptings which arise within their hearts as long as they did not speak about them or did not act upon them.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَجَاوَزَ لأُمَّتِي مَا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ يَتَكَلَّمُوا أَوْ يَعْمَلُوا بِهِ
Verily the Great and Mighty Allah forgave my people the evil promptings arising in their minds, but they neither talked about them nor acted upon them.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللَّهَ ﷻ تَجَاوَزَ لأُمَّتِي عَمَّا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ أَوْ تَكَلَّمْ بِهِ
"The Messenger of Allah -said: 'Allah, the Most High, has forgiven my Ummah for everything that enters the mind, so long as it is not spoken of or put into action.'"
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى تَجَاوَزَ عَنْ أُمَّتِي كُلَّ شَىْءٍ حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَكَلَّمْ بِهِ أَوْ تَعْمَلْ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has forgiven my Ummah for what is whispered to them or what enters their minds, so long as they do not act upon it or speak of it.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللَّهَ ﷻ تَجَاوَزَ لأُمَّتِي مَا وَسْوَسَتْ بِهِ وَحَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ أَوْ تَتَكَلَّمْ بِهِ
"Allah, the Most High, has forgiven my Ummah for whatever enters the mind, so long as it is not spoken of or put into action."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى تَجَاوَزَ لأُمَّتِي عَمَّا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَكَلَّمْ أَوْ تَعْمَلْ بِهِ
Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet ﷺ as saying “Allah has ignored for my community what comes to their mind, so long as they do not act or pronounce words to that effect.”
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَجَاوَزَ لأُمَّتِي عَمَّا لَمْ تَتَكَلَّمْ بِهِ أَوْ تَعْمَلْ بِهِ وَبِمَا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا
The Messenger of Allah said: "Allah has permitted my Ummah what occurs in their mines, as long as it is not spoken or acted upon."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَجَاوَزَ اللَّهُ لأُمَّتِي مَا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَكَلَّمْ بِهِ أَوْ تَعْمَلْ بِهِ
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah has forgiven my nation for what they think of to themselves, so long as they do not act upon it or speak of it."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَجَاوَزَ لأُمَّتِي عَمَّا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَعْمَلْ بِهِ أَوْ تَكَلَّمْ بِهِ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "What my Ummah (community) narrates about themselves is permissible as long as they do not speak or act upon it."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «تَجُوزُ لِأُمَّتِي مَا حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَكَلَّمْ بِهِ أَوْ تَعْمَلْ بِهِ»
[Machine] "Regarding my nation, everything that they have said or done will be reported, except for what they haven't spoken about or have not acted upon."
عَنْ أُمَّتِي كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَدَّثَتْ بِهِ أَنْفُسَهَا مَا لَمْ تَتَكَلَّمْ أَوْ تَعْمَلْ»

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah has accepted my invocation to forgive what whispers in the hearts of my followers, unless they put it to action or utter it." (See Hadith No. 657 Vol. 8) (Using translation from Bukhārī 2528)
