Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A good dream (that comes true) of a righteous man is one of forty-six parts of prophetism."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الرُّؤْيَا الْحَسَنَةُ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ الصَّالِحِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Dreams of a faithful believer are a part of the forty-six parts of Prophethood:"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ».

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The (good) dream of a faithful believer is a part of the forty-six parts of prophetism."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ۔»

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "A good dream is a part of the forty six parts of prophetism."

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever has seen me in a dream, then no doubt, he has seen me, for Satan cannot imitate my shape.

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَنْ رَآنِي فِي الْمَنَامِ فَقَدْ رَآنِي فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لاَ يَتَخَيَّلُ بِي وَرُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

I love to see fetters but I hate necklace (in a dream), for fetters signifies one's steadfastness in religion, and he also reported Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: The vision of a believer is forty-sixth part of Prophecy.

أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فَيُعْجِبُنِي الْقَيْدُ وَأَكْرَهُ الْغُلَّ وَالْقَيْدُ ثَبَاتٌ فِي الدِّينِ وَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

The vision of a believer is the forty-sixth part of Prophecy.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

Verily the vision of a believer is one of the forty-sixth part of Prophecy.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

The vision of a Muslim which he sees or which is shown to him, and in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Ibn Mushir (the words are): "The pious dream is the forty-sixth part of Prophecy."

The vision of a pious man is the forty-sixth part of Prophecy.

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ رُؤْيَا الرَّجُلِ الصَّالِحِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

The pious dreams are the seventieth part of Prophecy.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ حَجَّاجٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ أَوِ الْمُسْلِمِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from Ata ibn Yasar that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "All that will be left of prophecy after me are the mubashshirat." They said, "What are the mubashshirat, Messenger of Allah?" He said, "The true dream which a man who is salih sees - or which is shown to him - is a forty-sixth part of prophecy."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَنْ يَبْقَى بَعْدِي مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ إِلاَّ الْمُبَشِّرَاتُ فَقَالُوا وَمَا الْمُبَشِّرَاتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ يَرَاهَا الرَّجُلُ الصَّالِحُ أَوْ تُرَى لَهُ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ رُؤْيَا الرِّجَالِ أَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بُشْرَى مِنَ اللَّهِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ رُؤْيَا الْمُؤْمِنِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا من النبوة عطاء مولى أبي أحمد عَن أبي هُرَيرة
