91.2 The dreams of righteous people

٩١۔٢ باب رُؤْيَا الصَّالِحِينَ

[Machine] And His saying, exalted is He: "Indeed, Allah has fulfilled the vision for His Messenger with truth: You will surely enter al-Masjid al-Haram, if Allah wills, in security, with your heads shaved and [hair] shortened, not fearing [anyone]. He knew what you did not know and has arranged before that a conquest near [at hand]."

وَقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {لَقَدْ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ رَسُولَهُ الرُّؤْيَا بِالْحَقِّ لَتَدْخُلُنَّ الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ آمِنِينَ مُحَلِّقِينَ رُءُوسَكُمْ وَمُقَصِّرِينَ لاَ تَخَافُونَ فَعَلِمَ مَا لَمْ تَعْلَمُوا فَجَعَلَ مِنْ دُونِ ذَلِكَ فَتْحًا قَرِيبًا}.

bukhari:6983ʿAbdullāh b. Maslamah > Mālik > Isḥāq b. ʿAbdullāh b. Abū Ṭalḥah > Anas b. Mālik

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A good dream (that comes true) of a righteous man is one of forty-six parts of prophetism."  

البخاري:٦٩٨٣حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الرُّؤْيَا الْحَسَنَةُ مِنَ الرَّجُلِ الصَّالِحِ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ
