One should not combine in marriage a woman with her father's sister, or her mother's sister.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلاَ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah forbade being married to a woman and her paternal aunt or maternal aunt at the same time.

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ نَهَى أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا أَوْ خَالَتِهَا

"A woman should not be taken as a co-wife to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt."

A man must not make proposal of marriage to a woman when his brother has done so already. And he must not offer a price for a thing for which his brother had already offered a price; and a woman must not be combined in marriage with her father's sister, nor with her mother's sister, and a woman must not ask to have her sister divorced in order to deprive her of what belongs to her, but she must marry, because she will have what Allah has decreed for her. عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَسْتَامُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى سَوْمِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا وَلَا تَسْأَلُ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ صَحْفَتَهَا فَإِنَّمَا لَهَا مَا كَتَبَ اللهُ لَهَا

سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا أَوْ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا»

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَقَدِ اهْتَزَّ لَهُ الْعَرْشُ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ سَعْدٍ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَكُونُ فِتْنَةٌ الْقَاعِدُ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْقَائِمِ وَالْقَائِمُ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْمَاشِي وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ سَعْدٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

قَالَ سَمِعْتَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ سَعْدٍ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِمَكَّةَ يَوْمَ فَتَحَهَا ثَمَانِيَ رَكَعَاتٍ يُطِيلُ الْقِرَاءَةَ فِيهَا وَالرُّكُوعَ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ سَعْدٍ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الرُّطَبِ بِالتَّمْرِ فَقَالَ أَيَنْقُصُ ؟ قَالُوا نَعَمْ فَنَهَى عَنْهُ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ سَعْدٍ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ اقْرَءُوا الْقُرْآنَ وَابْكُوا فَإِنْ لَمْ تَبْكُوا فَتَبَاكَوْا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ سَعْدٍ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ هَذَا لَيِّنُ الْحَدِيثِ

قَالَ أَوَّلُ أَمِيرٍ عُقِدَ لَهُ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَحْشٍ عَقَدَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَيْنَا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ سَعْدٍ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ

قَالَ أَخْرِجُوا الْيَهُودَ مِنْ أَرْضِ الْحِجَازِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‍ آخَيْتَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ حَارِثَةَ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

قَالَ لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا وَلَا تَسْأَلُ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَكْتَفِئَ مَا فِي صَحْفَتَهَا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَصُومُ فِي السَّفَرِ وَيُفْطِرُ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَانَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ هَذَا إِلَّا ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَنَّاهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُولَدَ لَهُ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كُلُّ مَعْرُوفٍ إِلَى غَنِيٍّ أَوْ فَقِيرٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ
