اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ رَجُلٌ مَالَهُ عِنْدَ يَعْنِي عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ به

When a man becomes insolvent (and the other) man (the seller) finds his commodity intact with him, he is more entitled to get it (than anyone else)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ عِنْدَهُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِعَيْنِهَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a person becomes bankrupt and his debtor finds his property in his possession, then the debtor has more right to it."
