[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Whoever becomes bankrupt with the money of a people and sees a man's belonging with his eyes, then he is more entitled to it than others."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أَفْلَسَ بِمَالِ قَوْمٍ فَرَأَى رَجُلٌ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ

When a man becomes insolvent (and the other) man (the seller) finds his commodity intact with him, he is more entitled to get it (than anyone else)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ الرَّجُلُ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: If anyone becomes insolvent and the man (i.e. creditor) finds his very property with him, he is more entitled to it than anyone else.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَفْلَسَ فَأَدْرَكَ الرَّجُلُ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ
“Whoever finds his exact property with a man who has become bankrupt, and then he has more right to it than anyone else.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If a person becomes bankrupt and his debtor finds his property in his possession, then the debtor has more right to it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَفْلَسَ الرَّجُلُ فَوَجَدَ غَرِيمُهُ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ الْمُفْلِسِ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: If anyone becomes insolvent and the man (i.e. creditor) finds his very property with him, he is more entitled to it than anyone else. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3519)

[Machine] The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "Whoever finds his lost property with someone who is bankrupt and in need, then he has the most right to it."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever finds his wealth with his own eyes, then he has more right to it than the claimants."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever finds his wealth in the possession of a person who has become bankrupt, then he is more entitled to it."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Whoever finds his belongings with a poor person who claims ownership of it, then that poor person is most deserving of it."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَفْلَسَ فَأَدْرَكَ رَجُلٌ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ
"مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَينِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أحَقُّ بِه مِنْ غَيرِه".
"مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَاله بِعينِه عِنْد رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بهِ مِنْ غَيرِه".
"مَنْ أَفْلَسَ أَوْ مَاتَ فَوَجَدَ رَجُلٌ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَينِهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ".
