البيهقي:٨٠١٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مَالِكٌ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ أَخِيهِ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي غَيْمٍ وَرَأَى أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَمْسَى وَغَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَدْ طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ الْخَطْبُ يَسِيرٌ وَقَدِ اجْتَهَدْنَا قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ يَعْنِي قَضَاءَ يَوْمٍ مَكَانَهُ وَعَلَى ذَلِكَ حَمَلَهُ أَيْضًا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ وَرَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ أَخِيهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهَيْنِ آخَرَيْنِ
