[Machine] The Prophet (PBUH) said that a Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever and a disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim.  

البيهقي:٢١٤٧٠ – وَاحْتَجَّ بِمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ قَالَا أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرَ وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرَ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمَ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
