[Machine] The prophet ﷺ bought it, for indeed loyalty is for those who set free.  

النَّبِيُّ ﷺ اشْتَرِيهَا فَإِنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ  

[Machine] The Prophet (PBUH) said that a Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever and a disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim.  

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرَ وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرَ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمَ  

[Machine] The passage translates to:

"Umar ibn Abdul Aziz freed a Christian servant of his who then passed away. Ismail said that Umar ibn Abdul Aziz instructed me to take his inheritance and put it in the treasury."  

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَعْتَقَ عَبْدًا لَهُ نَصْرَانِيًّا فَتُوُفِّيَ فَقَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ فَأَمَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَنْ آخُذَ مِيرَاثَهُ فَأَجْعَلَهُ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ
