[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said that a Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, and a disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim.  

البيهقي:١٢٤٥٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرَ وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرَ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمَ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
