[Machine] The Prophet (PBUH) detained a man on a charge for one hour during the day, then he released him.  

البيهقي:١١٢٩١أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو طَاهِرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمُحَمَّدْآبَاذِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَبَسَ رَجُلًا فِي تُهْمَةٍ سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ ثُمَّ خَلَّى عَنْهُ

Bahz bin Hakim, on his father's authority, said that his grandfather told that the Prophet ﷺ imprisoned a man on suspicion.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَبَسَ رَجُلاً فِي تُهْمَةٍ  

tirmidhi:1417ʿAlī b. Saʿīd al-Kindī > Ibn al-Mubārak > Maʿmar > Bahz b. Ḥakīm from his father from his grandfather
