6. Two ʿĪd (Eid) Ṣalāhs
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ, when he would go out for Eid, would return from a different route than the one he went in.
[Machine] And he said, "When he came to the festival, he returned by a different road than the one he had taken. It has been narrated by Yunus, from Fuleih, from Sa'id, from Abu Hurayrah".
[Machine] The Prophet (PBUH) used to take a different route when he went out to the two Eids, and likewise.
[Machine] The translation of the passage is: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to take a different route on the day of Eid when going and coming back. Al-Bukhari narrated the Hadith from Jabir."
[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went on the day of Eid on one route, then he returned from another route. And in the narration of Ibn Wahb, he used to go out to both Eids from one route and return from another route.
[Machine] Abdul Rahman ibn Saad ibn Ammar ibn Saad, the caller to prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , narrated that my father told me from his ancestors that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pass by the house of Saad ibn Abi Waqqas and the people of Fasatit on his way to the two Eid prayers. Then he would begin the prayer before the sermon. Then he would go back on the other road, the road of Bani Zurayq, and slaughter his sacrifice at the border of Riqaq with his own hand using a sharp blade. Then he would go to the house of Ammar ibn Yasir, and the house of Abu Huraira, until he reached Al-Balat.
[Machine] I used to go with the companions of the Messenger of Allah to the prayer place on the day of Eid. We used to pass by Batn Bat'han until we reached the prayer place. We would pray with the Prophet, ﷺ , then return to our homes, and the same goes for others.
[Machine] He saw the Prophet ﷺ returning from the prayer on the day of Eid, and he took a path through the market until he reached the mosque of Al-Arj, located near the location of the pool in the market. He stood and faced the direction of prayer, then he called out and then left.
