"None of you should urinate in the place where he bathes, for most Waswas (devilish whispers) [1] come from that." [1] I.e., with regard to whether the urine has soiled his body or not.  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مُسْتَحَمِّهِ فَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ  

the Prophet prohibited that a man should urinate in his bathing area. And he said: "It will only cause misgivings." [He said:] There are narrations on This topic from "a man from among the Companions of the Prophet."  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يَبُولَ الرَّجُلُ فِي مُسْتَحَمِّهِ وَقَالَ إِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ  

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: No one of you should make water in his bath and then wash himself there (after urination). The version of Ahmad has: Then performs ablution there, for evil thoughts come from it. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 27)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مُسْتَحَمِّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ فِيهِ فَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ  

"None of you should urinate in the place where he bathes, for most Waswas (devilish whispers) [1] come from that." [1] I.e., with regard to whether the urine has soiled his body or not. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 36)   

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مُسْتَحَمِّهِ فَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ»  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ forbade a man from urinating in his bath, as most whisperings originate from it.  

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى أَنْ يَبُولَ الرَّجُلُ فِي مُغْتَسَلِهِ فَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ يَكُونُ مِنْهُ»  

"لا يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مُسْتَحَمَّه ثُمَّ يغْتَسلُ مِنْه أَوْ يَتَوَضأُ فِيه، فَإِنَّ عامَّة الوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ".
