ahmad:1739 – Ismāʿīl / Ibn ʿUlayyah > Yūnus > al-Ḥasan

[Machine] That Aqeel, the son of Abu Talib, married a woman from the tribe of Jusham, and the people entered upon him and said, "May you have prosperity and children." He said, "Do not say that." They asked, "Then what should we say, O Abu Yazid?" He replied, "Say, 'May Allah bless you and bless upon you.' That is how we used to be instructed."  

أحمد:١٧٣٩ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ

أَنَّ عَقِيلَ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي جُشَمَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْقَوْمُ فَقَالُوا بِالرِّفَاءِ وَالْبَنِينَ فَقَالَ لَا تَقُولُوا ذَلِكَ قَالُوا فَمَا نَقُولُ يَا أَبَا يَزِيدَ ؟ قَالَ قُولُوا بَارَكَ اللهُ لَكُمْ وَبَارَكَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ كُنَّا نُؤْمَرُ

الدارمي:٢٢١٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ الْبَصْرِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ قَدِمَ عَقِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ الْبَصْرَةَ فَتَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي جُشَمٍ فَقَالُوا لَهُ بِالرِّفَاءِ وَالْبَنِينَ فَقَالَ

لَا تَقُولُوا ذَلِكَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَانَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَأَمَرَنَا أَنْ نَقُولَ «بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ وَبَارَكَ عَلَيْكَ»  

tabarani:14643 – Yūsuf al-Qāḍī > Muḥammad b. al-Minhāl al-Ḍarīr > Yazīd b. Zurayʿ > Yūnus > al-Ḥasan

[Machine] "Do not say that," they said. "How can we say, O Aba Yazid?" He replied, "Say, 'May Allah bless you and may Allah bless you too. Surely we were commanded to do so.'"  

الطبراني:١٤٦٤٣ – حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ الضَّرِيرُ ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثَنَا يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّ عَقِيلَ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي جُشَمِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْقَوْمُ فَجَعَلُوا يَزِفُّونَهُ يَقُولُونَ بِالرِّفَاءِ وَالْبَنِينَ فَقَالَ

لَا تَقُولُوا ذَلِكَ قَالُوا كَيْفَ نَقُولُ يَا أَبَا يَزِيدَ قَالَ قُولُوا «بَارَكَ اللهُ لَكُمْ وَبَارَكَ اللهُ عَلَيْكُمْ إنَّا كُنَّا نُؤْمَرُ بِذَلِكَ»
