“Verily, Allah when He created the creation, He wrote with His Hand concerning Himself, that: ‘My mercy prevails over My wrath.’”
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ حِينَ خَلَقَ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي
The Prophet ﷺ said, "When Allah created the Creation, He wrote in His Book--and He wrote (that) about Himself, and it is placed with Him on the Throne--'Verily My Mercy overcomes My Anger.'"
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَمَّا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ فِي كِتَابِهِ هُوَ يَكْتُبُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ وَهْوَ وَضْعٌ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي
When Allah created the creation as He was upon the Throne, He put down in His Book: Verily, My mercy predominates My wrath.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَمَّا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ فِي كِتَابِهِ فَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ فَوْقَ الْعَرْشِ إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي
When Allah created the creation, He ordained for Himself and this document is with Him: Verily, My mercy predominates Mv wrath.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَمَّا قَضَى اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ فِي كِتَابِهِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ فَهُوَ مَوْضُوعٌ عِنْدَهُ إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي
“When Allah created the universe, He decreed for Himself: ‘My mercy prevails over My wrath.’”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنَّ اللَّهَ ﷻ لَمَّا خَلَقَ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Your Lord wrote for Himself with His Own Hand before He created the creation: "My mercy precedes My wrath."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِيَدِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ الْخَلْقَ رَحْمَتِي سَبَقَتْ غَضَبِي
“When Allah created the universe, He decreed for Himself: ‘My mercy prevails over My wrath.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4295)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَمَّا خَلَقَ اللهُ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي

اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لما خلق الله تبارك وتعالى الخلق كتب بيده على نفسه أَن رحمتي تغلب غضبي
"لَمَّا خَلَقَ اللهُ الْخَلقَ كَتَبَ -بِيَدِه عَلَى نَفْسِهِ-: إِنَّ رَحْمَتِى تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِى".
