[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reciting in prayer and he left out something he did not recite. A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, it is such and such." He said, "Why did you not remind me?" He said, "I thought it had been abrogated."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَتَرَكَ شَيْئًا لَمْ يَقْرَأْهُ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَالَ «فَهَلَّا أَذْكَرْتَنِيهَا» قَالَ كُنْتُ أُرَاهَا نُسِخَتْ
[Machine] I witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reciting in prayer, and he left out something that he did not recite. A man said to him, "O Messenger of Allah, you left out such and such a verse." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "Could you not have reminded me of it?"
شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَتَرَكَ شَيْئًا لَمْ يَقْرَأْهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ تَرَكْتَ آيَةَ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَالَ «فَهَلَّا أَذْكَرْتُمُونِيهَا»
[Machine] "I witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reading in prayer and stumbled upon a verse. A man said, 'O Messenger of Allah, you left out a verse.' He said, 'Should I mention it to you?' The man said, 'I thought it had been abrogated.' He said, 'No, it has not been abrogated.'"
شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَرَأَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَتَعَايَى فِي آيَةٍ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ تَرَكْتَ آيَةً قَالَ «فَهَلَّا أَذْكَرْتَنِيهَا» قَالَ ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهَا قَدْ نُسِخَتْ قَالَ «فَإِنَّهَا لَمْ تُنْسَخْ»
