[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The first thing to be judged among people is bloodshed, and the first thing for which a servant will be held accountable for is prayer."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to teach us the following words: "O Allah, reconcile our hearts, unite us, guide us on the path of peace, save us from darkness and guide us towards light, and keep us away from indecency, both apparent and hidden. O Allah, bless our hearing, our sight, our hearts, our spouses, our children, and turn to us in forgiveness. Indeed, You are the Accepter of repentance, the Merciful. Make us grateful for Your blessings and allow us to praise You and complete them for us."
Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Mecca (in the year of the Conquest) and there were three-hundred and sixty idols around the Kaʿba. He then started hitting them with a stick in his hand and say: 'Truth (i.e. Islam) has come and falsehood (disbelief) vanished. Truly falsehood (disbelief) is ever bound to vanish.' (17.81) 'Truth has come and falsehood (Iblis) can not create anything.' (34.49) (Using translation from Bukhārī 4720)
[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , "Hellfire will be brought with seventy thousand reins, and with each rein, there will be seventy thousand angels dragging it."
[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ who said, "No soul is killed unjustly without the burden of it falling upon the son of Adam." This was narrated by Sulayman Al-Taymi from Al-A'mash from Abdullah bin Murrah from Shaqiq. And people have said the same on the authority of Al-A'mash from Abdullah bin Murrah from Masruq.
[Machine] Abdullah, I will inform you of your position. There is nothing preventing me from coming to you except my reluctance to burden you. Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to advise us reluctantly during these days, out of concern for us.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "What is the matter with people who honor the extravagant and belittle the worshipers, and who act according to the Qur'an when it aligns with their desires and abandon it when it contradicts their desires? At that point, they believe in some things and disbelieve in others. They strive for what can be attained without effort, without taking into account predestined fate, appointed time, and allotted sustenance. And they do not strive for what cannot be attained except through effort, hoping for a fully rewarded return, a deserving effort, and a trade that does not perish."
“A man said to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: ‘How can I know when I have done well and when I have done something bad?’ The Prophet ﷺ said: ‘If you hear your neighbors saying that you have done well, then you have done well, and if you hear them saying that you have done something bad, then you have done something bad.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 4223)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed with us a prayer, sometimes he added to it and sometimes he deducted from it. So, some of them said, "Did he innovate in the prayer?" He said, "No, nothing was added to it that I have not informed you about, and if something new was added, I would have informed you. But I am a human being, I forget, so if I forget, remind me." So, he completed the remaining part of his prayer, then he performed the two prostrations of forgetfulness, then he said, "If anyone of you prays and is unsure whether they added something or deducted from it, then let them choose the correct option from that, then let them perform two prostrations while sitting."
[Machine] "He said about reading behind the imam, listen to the recitation as you have been commanded; for in prayer, there is fulfillment and that imam will suffice you."
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying: "How bad it is for a man or a woman to say, 'I forgot such and such Surah or verse.' Rather, it is that they have been made to forget."
[Machine] On the authority of Ibn Mas'ud, the Prophet ﷺ mentioned: "None of you should say, 'I have forgotten such and such a verse, but you know the gist of it.' Indeed, he has not forgotten it, but he has been made to forget it."
[Machine] I entered upon Ibn Mas'ud on the day of Ashura while he was eating a date, and he said, "This is the day of Ashura, a day on which we were commanded to fast before the month of Ramadan was revealed."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The seeking of knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim."
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ who said, "Verily, the sperm remains in the womb for forty days, then it becomes like a clot, then it becomes like a lump, then Allah sends the angel with four words, and he writes down its provision, its lifespan, whether it will be miserable or happy."
[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Verily, the sperm remains in the womb for forty days, then it becomes a clot, then it becomes a lump of flesh. Then Allah sends an angel with four words, and he writes down his provision, his lifespan, whether he will be miserable or happy."
ʿAbdullah (bin Masʿud) said, "None has more sense of ghaira than Allah therefore - He prohibits shameful sins (illegal sexual intercourse, etc.) whether committed openly or secretly. And none loves to be praised more than Allah does, and for this reason He praises Himself." I asked Abu Wali, "Did you hear it from ʿAbdullah?" He said, "Yes," I said, "Did ʿAbdullah ascribe it to Messenger of Allah ﷺ?" He said, "Yes." (Using translation from Bukhārī 4634)
[Machine] "O daughter of the Messenger of Allah, did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ leave anything with you that you want to give me?" She said, "O neighbor, bring me that newspaper." So she searched for it but did not find it. She said, "Alas! Look for it, for it is of great value to me." So she searched for it and there it was, folded in her cloak. Muhammad ﷺ said, "He is not a believer who does not honor his neighbor with his hardship. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest. And whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him not harm his neighbor. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him say what is good or remain silent. Indeed, Allah loves those who are modest, patient, chaste, and reserved, and He dislikes those who are obscene, foul-mouthed, and intrusive. Indeed, modesty is a part of faith, and faith is in Paradise. Obscenity is a part of baseness, and baseness is in Hell."
that the Messenger of Allah said: “When anyone of you has intercourse with his wife, let him cover himself and not be naked liked donkeys.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1921)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Answer the caller and do not reject the gift, and do not harm people or Muslims."
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If Allah wants to do good for somebody, he makes him comprehend the Religion (i.e. Islam), and Allah is the Giver and I am Al-Qasim (i.e. the distributor), and this (Muslim) nation will remain victorious over their opponents, till Allah's Order comes and they will still be victorious." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3116)
[Machine] Oh tongue, speak goodness and benefit, and remain silent to avoid harm, so that you may be safe from regret. Then he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'The majority of the sins of the son of Adam are on his tongue.'"
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever has a daughter, and raises her with good manners and teaches her well, and is generous towards her with the blessings of Allah that he has bestowed upon him, she will be a shield and protection from the Fire for him."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When my companions are mentioned, remain silent. And when the stars are mentioned, remain silent. And when fate is mentioned, remain silent."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Remember the Quran, for it is sharper in penetrating the hearts of men than iron is in piercing their bodies. And how terrible is it for one of you to say, 'I have forgotten a verse!' when indeed it has been forgotten."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The Quran is an intercessor that is granted permission to intercede, a witness who is believed, and whoever puts it in front of him, it will lead him to Paradise, and whoever puts it behind him, it will drive him to the Hellfire."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "One of the signs of the approach of the Hour is the bloating of the moon."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There will be a group of people in the end times who sit in the mosques in circles. Their leader is the world, so do not sit with them, for Allah has no need for them."
[Machine] "I came to Kufa for trade and I stayed near Al-A'mash. When it was night, I intended to descend, but he stood up and performed Tahajjud prayer. I passed by him reciting this verse: 'Allah bears witness that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise. Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam.' Then Al-A'mash said, 'I bear witness to what Allah has borne witness to, and I entrust this testimony to Allah, and it is in His custody: 'Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam.' He repeated it several times. I said, 'Indeed, I heard something in it,' so I went to him the next morning and bid him farewell. Then I said, 'O Abu Muhammad, I heard you reciting this verse repeatedly.' He said, 'So, you did not understand its meaning?' I said, 'I have been with you for a month and you have not informed me.' He said, 'By Allah, I will inform you of its meaning after a year.' So, I stayed for a year, and I was at his door. When the year passed, I said, 'O Abu Muhammad, the year has passed.' He said, 'Abu Wa'il informed me from Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The one who brings this verse with its companion on the Day of Resurrection, Allah will say: My servant fulfilled his covenant, and I am more entitled to fulfill the covenant. Bring My servant into Paradise.'"

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days." It was said, "Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah?" He said, "Not even Jihad in the cause of Allah."

I love goodness and its people, and whoever acts upon it, and if I do it, I am certain of its reward. But if I miss anything from it, I become grief-stricken." While they are in this state, their Lord will appear to them and ask, "O My servants, what do you desire?" They will respond, "O our Lord, there is nothing beyond this that we desire." He will then ask them again, "What do you desire?" They will reply, "In the fourth request, return our souls to our bodies so that we may be killed as we were killed."

[Machine] He sent to his brothers from the people of Kufa and ordered them to gather and bid them farewell. They gathered in the shade of the mosque, and he came to them and greeted them. He ordered them not to dispute in the Quran, and informed them that whoever denies anything from it denies it all. He informed them that they used to dispute about it in the presence of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and that they used to recite it to him. He informed them all that he was virtuous, and that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say, "The tongues do not differ in it, nor does it change due to a lot of repetition. This is because the sharia of Islam is one; its limits and obligations. And even if one of the two letters commands something, and the other forbids it, the obligations and limits differ in it." He mentioned a word, that if I knew that anyone knew more than me what was revealed on Muhammad ﷺ , the camels would reach him. I would go to him until his knowledge is combined with mine. And I have read seventy surahs from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and the Quran was presented to him every year. And I used to recite to him and he would inform me that I was virtuous, until the year in which he passed away. It was presented to him twice, and then I recited it to him and I do not leave it willingly from it.
