He saw Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform the ablution. He rinsed his mouth then cleaned his nose, then washed his face three times, then washed his right hand thrice and then the other one, thrice. He then took fresh water and wiped his head and then washed his feet till he cleaned them.

أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَوَضَّأَ فَمَضْمَضَ ثُمَّ اسْتَنْثَرَ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلاَثًا وَيَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى ثَلاَثًا وَالأُخْرَى ثَلاَثًا وَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ يَدِهِ وَغَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ حَتَّى أَنْقَاهُمَا قَالَ أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ

[AI] "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing ablution with a jug. He rinsed his mouth, sniffed water into his nostrils, then washed his face three times. He then washed his hands three times, wiped his head, and washed his feet until he made sure they were clean. After that, he wiped his head again with water that was not from his hands." Abu Muhammad said, "He meant by this the explanation of wiping the first time."

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «يَتَوَضَّأُ بِالْجُحْفَةِ فَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ غَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ وَغَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ حَتَّى أَنْقَاهُمَا ثُمَّ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ يَدَيْهِ» قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ «يُرِيدُ بِهِ تَفْسِيرَ مَسْحِ الْأَوَّلِ»

This is the wudoo’ of your Prophet. ﷺ

تَوَضَّأَ فمَضْمَضَ ثَلَاثًا وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثَلَاثًا مِنْ كَفٍّ وَاحِدٍ وَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فِي الرَّكْوَةِ فَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ وَغَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَذَا وُضُوءُ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ

[AI] I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing ablution with water from a vessel. He gargled, then inhaled water into his nostrils. Then he washed his face three times, and washed his right hand three times. Then he wiped his head with water that was not leftover from his hands, then he washed his feet until they were clean.

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَتَوَضَّأُ بِالْجُحْفَةِ فَمَضْمَضَ ثُمَّ اسْتَنْشَقَ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا وَغَسَلَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ بِمَاءٍ غَيْرِ فَضْلِ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ غَسَلَ رِجْلَيْهِ حَتَّى أَنْقَاهُمَا

[AI] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made wudu, then he gargled and sniffed water in his nose. He then washed his face three times, his right hand three times, and his left hand the same amount. He wiped his head with water separate from the water used for his hands, and he washed his feet until he cleaned them."
