The Prophet ﷺ said: Every important matter which is not begun by an expression of praise to Allah is maimed. Abu Dawud said: It has also been transmitted by Yunus, 'Aqil, Shu'aib, Sa'id b. 'Abd al-Aziz from al-Zuhri from the Prophet ﷺ in Mursal form (the link of the Companion is missing).  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كُلُّ كَلاَمٍ لاَ يُبْدَأُ فِيهِ بِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ فَهُوَ أَجْذَمُ  

the Messenger of Allah said: “Every important matter that does not start with praise of Allah, is devoid (of blessings).”  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ ذِي بَالٍ لاَ يُبْدَأُ فِيهِ بِالْحَمْدِ أَقْطَعُ  

the Messenger of Allah said: “Every important matter that does not start with praise of Allah, is devoid (of blessings).” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1894)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «كُلُّ أَمْرٍ ذِي بَالٍ لَا يُبْدَأُ فِيهِ بِحَمْدِ اللَّهِ فَهُوَ أَقْطَعُ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «كُلُّ أَمْرٍ ذِي بَالٍ لَا يُبْدَأُ فِيهِ بِحَمْدِ اللَّهِ أَقْطَعُ»  

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "Every important matter that is not started with praise is incomplete or uncertain."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «كُلُّ أَمَرٍ ذِي بَالٍ لَا يُبْدَأُ فِيهِ بِالْحَمْدِ أَقْطَعُ أَوْ أَجْزَمُ»  

"كُل أمْرٍ ذي بَال لَا يبدَأ فيهِ بـ {بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ} أقْطعُ".  

"كل أمْر ذِي بَالٍ لا يبدَأ فِيهِ بِالحَمْدِ أقْطَعُ".  

"كُل كَلام لَا يبدَأ فيهِ بحَمْدِ الله فَهوَ أجْذَمُ".  

"كُل أمر ذِي بَالٍ لَا يبدَأ فِيهِ بِالحَمْدِ لله أقطَعُ".  

"كُل أمْرٍ ذي بَال لَا يبدأ فيه بحَمد الله وَالصَّلاة عَلَيَّ فهوَ أقْطَعُ أبْتَرُ مَمْحُوق مِنْ كُلِّ بَرَكَة".
