"الأرض أرضُ الله والعبادُ عِباد الله فَحَيثُ وجدَ أحدكم خيرًا فليتَّقِ الله وليُقِمْ".

Collected by Abū Dāwūd, Ḥākim, Ṭabarānī, Bayhaqī, Aḥmad's Zuhd, SuyūṭīI testify that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ decided that the land is the land of Allah, and the servants are the servants of Allah. If anyone brings barren land into cultivation, he has more right to it. This tradition has been transmitted to us from the Prophet ﷺ by those who transmitted the traditions about prayer from him.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى أَنَّ الأَرْضَ أَرْضُ اللَّهِ وَالْعِبَادَ عِبَادُ اللَّهِ وَمَنْ أَحْيَا مَوَاتًا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ جَاءَنَا بِهَذَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ الَّذِينَ جَاءُوا بِالصَّلَوَاتِ عَنْهُ
"The Hour will not be established until 'Allah, Allah is not said on the earth." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2207)
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى لَا يُقَالَ فِي الْأَرْضِ اللَّهَ اللَّهَ»
[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The earth is Allah's and the servants are Allah's, so wherever any one of you finds goodness, let him fear Allah and establish it."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْأَرْضُ أَرْضُ اللهِ وَالْعِبَادُ عِبَادُ اللهِ فَحَيْثُ وَجَدَ أَحَدُكُمْ خَيْرًا فَلْيَتَّقِ اللهَ وَلْيُقِمْ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الْبِلَادُ بِلَادُ اللَّهِ وَالْعِبَادُ عِبَادُ اللَّهِ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ» فَرَدَّهَا عَلَى الْأَعْرَابِ
"الأرضُ أَرضُ الله والعبادُ عباد الله من أحْيَا مواتًا فهي لَهُ".
