"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Allah, Mighty is His Name, has given every person who has rights his due, and there is no bequest to an heir.'"

خَطَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ وَلاَ وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ
I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Allah has appointed for everyone who has a right what is due to him, and no bequest must be made to an heir.
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ فَلاَ وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say in his sermon, during the year of the Farewell pilgrimage: “Allah (SWT) has given each person who has rights his rights, and there is no bequest for in heir.”
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ عَامَ حِجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ فَلاَ وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ
“I was under the she-camel of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and its saliva was dripping between my shoulders, and I heard him say: 'Allah (SWT) has given each person who has rights his rights, but there is no bequest for an heir.”
إِنِّي لَتَحْتَ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَسِيلُ عَلَىَّ لُعَابُهَا فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ أَلاَ لاَ وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say during the Farewell Pilgrimage, "Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person their right and there is no bequest for the heir."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي عَامِ حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ وَلَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ»
