the Messenger of Allah robber and pilferer is not to be cut off." (Sahih) Sufyan did not hear it from Abu Az-Zubair.  

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ وَلاَ مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلاَ مُخْتَلِسٍ قَطْعٌ لَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ سُفْيَانُ مِنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ  

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The pilferer is not to be cut off."' (Sahih) Ibn Juraij also did not hear it from Abu Az-Zubair. Ibn Juraij also did not hear it from Abu Az-Zubair.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ وَلاَ مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلاَ مُخْتَلِسٍ قَطْعٌ وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْهُ أَيْضًا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ مِنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ  

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The hand of the pilferer, robber and traitor is not to be cut off."'  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ عَلَى مُخْتَلِسٍ وَلاَ مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلاَ خَائِنٍ قَطْعٌ  

He also said through this chain: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Cutting of the hand is not to be inflicted on one who is treacherous.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ  

That the Prophet ﷺ said: "There is no cutting of the hand for the traitor, or the embezzler, nor the plunderer."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ وَلاَ مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلاَ مُخْتَلِسٍ قَطْعٌ  

“The hand of the one who betrays a trust, the robber and the pilferer is not to be cut off”.  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يُقْطَعُ الْخَائِنُ وَلاَ الْمُنْتَهِبُ وَلاَ الْمُخْتَلِسُ  

“The hand of the one who betrays a trust, the robber and the pilferer is not to be cut off”. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2591)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ وَلَا عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ وَلَا عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ»  

“The hand of the one who betrays a trust, the robber and the pilferer is not to be cut off”. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2591)   

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَيْسَ عَلَى مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلَا مُخْتَلِسٍ وَلَا خَائِنٍ قَطْعٌ»  

That the Prophet ﷺ said: "There is no cutting of the hand for the traitor, or the embezzler, nor the plunderer." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1448)   

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ وَلَا عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ»  

That the Prophet ﷺ said: "There is no cutting of the hand for the traitor, or the embezzler, nor the plunderer." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 1448)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ عَلَى خَائِنٍ وَلَا مُنْتَهِبٍ وَلَا مُخْتَلِسٍ قَطْعٌ»  

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'The hand of the pilferer, robber and traitor is not to be cut off."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4975)   

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ وَلَا عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ وَلَا عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ  

"لَيسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهب، وَلا عَلَى الْمُخْتَلس، وَلا عَلَى الْخَائن قَطعٌ".
