"The head of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would rest in the lap of one of us when she was menstruating, and he would recite Qur'an." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 381)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٢٦٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَخْلَدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ رَاهَوَيْهِ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حَجَرِ بْنِ إِيَاسٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«كَانَ رَأْسُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حِجْرِ إِحْدَانَا وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ وَهُوَ يُقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ»

The Prophet ﷺ used to recite the Qur'an with his head in my lap while I used to be in my periods (having menses).  

البخاري:٧٥٤٩ – حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَرَأْسُهُ فِي حَجْرِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ  

muslim:301 – Yaḥyá b. Yaḥyá > Dāwud b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman al-Makkī > Manṣūr from his mother > ʿĀʾishah

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would recline in my lap when I was menstruating, and recite the Qur'an.  

مسلم:٣٠١ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَكِّيُّ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَتَّكِئُ فِي حِجْرِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ فَيَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ  

nasai:381 – Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm And ʿAlī b. Ḥujr > Sufyān > Manṣūr from his mother > ʿĀʾishah

"The head of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would rest in the lap of one of us when she was menstruating, and he would recite Qur'an."

ibnmajah:634 – Muḥammad b. Yaḥyá > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Sufyān > Manṣūr Ibn Ṣafiyyah from his mother > ʿĀʾishah

"The Messenger of Allah used to put his head in my lap when I was menstruating and recite Qur'an."  

ابن ماجة:٦٣٤ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ ابْنِ صَفِيَّةَ عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

لَقَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَضَعُ رَأْسَهُ فِي حِجْرِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ وَيَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ  

ذِكْرُ الْإِبَاحَةِ لِلْمَرْءِ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ، وَهُوَ وَاضِعٌ رَأْسَهُ فِي حِجْرِ امْرَأَتِهِ إِذَا كَانَتْ حَائِضًا

ibnhibban:798 – ʿUmar b. Muḥammad al-Hamdānī > ʿAbd al-Jabbār b. al-ʿAlāʾ > Sufyān > Manṣūr b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman from his mother > ʿĀʾishah
