[Machine] I sat with a man from the immigrants whose humility impressed me, and I heard him saying, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying, 'O people, repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness, for indeed I repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness one hundred times a day or more than one hundred times.'"

الكبرى للنسائي:١٠٢٠٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ الْمُغِيرَةِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بُرْدَةَ قَالَ

جَلَسْتُ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ يُعْجِبُنِي تَوَاضُعُهُ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ تُوبُوا إِلَى اللهِ وَاسْتَغْفِرُوهُ فَإِنِّي أَتُوبُ إِلَى اللهِ وَأَسْتَغْفِرُهُ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ مِائَةِ مَرَّةٍ»
