5. Book of Rites (3/4)
the Messenger of Allah joined Maghrib and Isha in Jam (Al-Muzdalifah). (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3026)
[Machine] "That the Prophet of Allah, peace be upon him, performed the Maghrib and Isha prayers in Muzdalifah without calling the adhan in either of them, except with the Iqamah. He did not offer any additional supplications (tasbih) between the prayers or after one of them."
5.53 [Machine] The license for one person in collective by night.
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded her to participate in a nighttime expedition."
[Machine] "Sawdah bint Zam'ah, the wife of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , asked for permission to go out and was granted permission. However, before she could go out, someone else came, and she allowed them in. Al-Qasim said she was a woman who is slow in movement. Al-Qasim also said that a woman who is slow in movement is considered as someone heavy. So, Sawdah allowed the other person to enter first, and we were detained with her until she allowed us to move. Aisha said, 'By Allah, I would prefer not to be given permission by the Prophet ﷺ as Sawdah was given, so that I could push ahead before others. This is more pleasing to me than receiving something that makes me happy.'"
5.54 [Machine] How is Hajj performed?
[Machine] I heard Abdullah bin Yamar Al-Dili saying that the Prophet ﷺ was asked about Hajj, and he said, "Hajj is Arafat, or he said Arafah. And whoever reaches the night of Al-Jam' before Fajr prayer has indeed reached it." And he said, "The days of Mina are three days. So whoever hastens [the departure] in two days, there is no sin upon him. And whoever delays, there is no sin upon him." [Al-Baqarah 203]
I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ at the place of halting, that is, al-Muzdalifah. I said: I have come from the mountains of Tayy. I fatigued my mount and fatigued myself. By Allah, I found no hill (on my way) but I halted there. Have I completed my hajj? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Anyone who offers this prayer along with us and comes over to Arafat before it by night or day will complete his hajj and he may wash away the dirt (of his body). (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1950)
"I came to the Messenger of Allah" and he mentioned something similar. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4176)
5.55 [Machine] Payment Time from Muzdalifah
[Machine] In the pre-Islamic era, people used to gather after sunrise and they used to say, "Asthiru Labariana Nughiru" which means "Sun, Rise and Illuminate us so that we may change." However, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would oppose them and he would delay offering the morning prayer until just before sunrise, like the prayer of the travelers or the prayer of the early morning.
5.56 [Machine] The situation in a difficult situation
[Machine] "The prophet (pbuh) said on the evening of Arafah and the morning of Jumu'ah, while they were settling down, 'May tranquility be upon you.' He had stopped his camel until it entered a narrow valley and then he let it down."
[Machine] Abdullah said, "The taming of camels and the training of horses."
5.57 [Machine] In the trap with an enemy
[Machine] "We went out with the Messenger of Allah, wearing our ihram, and when the non-believers of Quraysh stopped us before reaching the Kaaba, the Messenger of Allah sacrificed his offering and shaved his head, then we returned. So I bear witness that I have performed 'Umrah. If there is a gap between me and the House, I will perform tawaf, and if there is a barrier between me and it, then I will do as the Messenger of Allah did when I was with him, so I will perform 'Umrah in Dhu al-Hulayfah." Then he continued on and said, "Indeed, their status is one." So I bear witness that I have performed Hajj along with my 'Umrah." Nafi' said, "And he performed a single circumambulation and a single sa'i for both of them. Then he did not remove his ihram until the Day of Sacrifice came, so he performed the sacrifice." And he used to say, "Whoever combines 'Umrah and Hajj, let him perform them both together. It is not permissible for him to remove his ihram until both of them are performed on the Day of Sacrifice."
[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet, peace be upon him, he said, "Whoever has a bone broken or dislocated has indeed become lawful and must perform another (obligatory) pilgrimage."
5.58 [Machine] At what time is the stoning in Jamarat Al-Aqaba?
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ threw the pebble on the day of the sacrifice (Eid al-Adha), and after that, at the decline of the sun.
[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ allowed the owners of camels to throw pebbles on the day of sacrifice, then they throw on the following day or the day after for two days, and then they throw on the day of departure." Abu Muhammad said, "Among them is Abdullah ibn Abu Bakr, who narrated from his father, who narrated from Abu Al-Bada'."
5.59 [Machine] In Throwing with Pebbles like Throwing
That the Messenger of Allah stoned the Jamarat with pebbles like date sones or fingertips. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3074)
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ hastened from al-Muzdalifah with a quite demeanour and ordered them (the people) to throw small pebbles and he hastened in the valley (wadi) of Muhassir. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1944)
[Machine] "It is said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to command us to throw the pebbles in an act of stoning called Jamrah similar to the size of hailstones. It was asked to Abu Muhammad (Abdul Rahman ibn Mu'adh), 'Does he have any companionship?' He said, 'Yes.'"
5.60 [Machine] In the throwing of the Jimaar, he throws it while mounted.
“I saw the Prophet ﷺ stone the Pillar, on the Day of Sacrifice, from atop a reddish-brown camel of his, without beating anyone, driving them off or telling them to go away.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3035)
[Machine] "I was riding behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he continued to respond to the greetings until he threw the pebble at the Jamrah."
5.61 [Machine] Throwing from the valley and shouting with every stone
Whenever Messenger of Allah ﷺ stoned the Jamra near Mina Mosque, he would do Ramy of it with seven small pebbles and say Takbir on throwing each pebble. Then he would go ahead and stand facing the Qiblah with his hands raised, and invoke (Allah) and he sued to stand for a long period. Then he would come to the second Jamra (Al-Wusta) and stone it will seven small stones, reciting Takbir on throwing each stone. Then he would stand facing the Qiblah with raised hands to invoke (Allah). Then he would come to the Jamra near the 'Aqaba (Jamrat-ul-'Aqaba) and do Ramy of it with seven small pebbles, reciting Takbir on throwing each stone. he then would leave and not stay by it. Narrated Az-Zuhri: I heard Salim bin 'Abdullah saying the same that his father said on the authority of the Prophet ﷺ. And Ibn 'Umar used to do the same. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1753)
5.62 [Machine] Al-Baqarah provides atonement for Bada'nah
[Machine] We went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and we only mentioned Hajj. When we arrived, I started menstruating. When it was the day of sacrifice, I became clean. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me, so I performed the Farewell Tawaf. Then I was given the meat of a cow. I asked, "What is this?" They said, "It is a gift from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on behalf of his wives, a cow."
5.63 [Machine] Who said: "Women do not have to shave"?
The Prophet ﷺ said: Shaving is not a duty laid on women; only clipping the hair is incumbent on them. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1984)

5.65 [Machine] Who performed their rituals before someone else?
I saw the Prophet ﷺ near the Jamra and the people were asking him questions (about religious problems). A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! I have slaughtered the Hadi (animal) before doing the Rami." The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Do the Rami (now) and there is no harm." Another person asked, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ! I got my head shaved before slaughtering the animal." The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Do the slaughtering (now) and there is no harm." So on that day, when the Prophet ﷺ was asked about anything as regards the ceremonies of Hajj performed before or after its due time his reply was, "Do it (now) and there is no harm." (Using translation from Bukhārī 124)
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood in front of the people during the Farewell Pilgrimage and a man said to him, "O Messenger of Allah, I have already shaved my head before sacrificing." He ﷺ replied, "There is no harm in that." The man then asked, "I have already slaughtered my animal before throwing pebbles at the Jamarat (stone pillars)." He ﷺ again replied, "There is no harm in that." On that day, he ﷺ was not asked about anything that has been done before or after, except that he ﷺ said, "There is no harm in that." Abdullah said, "I say this, but the people of Kufa differ with me."

[Machine] From Najiyah al-Aslami, the companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , "What should I do with the defective parts of the sacrificial animal?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Every part that is defective should be slaughtered, then throw its sandals in its blood, and then distribute it between the people so that they may eat it."

The Messenger of Allah (SWAS) offered the noon prayer at Dhu al-Hulaifah. He then sent for a camel and made incision in the right side of its hump ; he then took out the blood by pressing it and tied two shoes in its neck. He then rode on his mount (camel) and reached al-Baida, he raised his voice for the talbiyah for performing Hajj. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1752)

when the Prophet came back from the Umrah of Al-Jirranah, he sent Abu Bakr to lead the Hajj. We wnet the him until, when he was in Al-Urj, the Iqamah for Subh was said, and he stood up to say the Takbir while he heard the grunting of a camel behind him, and he did not say the Takbir. He said: "This is the grunting of the camel of the Messenger of Allah has had second thoughts about the Hajj, and may be he is here, and we will pray with him." But it was 'Ali on the camel. Abu Bakr said to him: "(Have you come) as a leader or as messenger?" He said: "No, as a messenger, sent by the Messenger of Allah with a declaration of innocence to recite it to the people in the stations of Hajj. So we came to makkah and one day before the day of At-Tarwiyah Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, stood up and addressed the people telling them about their rituals. When he finished, Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, stood up and recited the declaration of innocence to the people until he finished it. Then we went out with hm and on the day of Arafat. Abu Bakr stood up and addressed people, telling them about rituals. When he finished, Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, stood up and recited the declaration of innocence to the people until he finished it. Then on the day of Sacrifice, we departed (Ifadah) and when Abu Bakr came back, eh addressed the people, telling them about their departure (Ifadah), sacrifice and rituals. When he finished, Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, stood up and recited the declaration of innocence to the people until he finished it. On the first day of An-Nafr (The 12th of Dhul-Hijjah), Abu Bakr stood up and addressed the people, telling them how to offer their sacrifice and how to stone the Jamrat, and teaching them their rituals. When he had finished, "Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, stood up and recited the declaration of innocence to the people until he finished it. (Daif) Abu Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: Ibn Khuthaim is not strong in Hadith, and I only narrated this so it would not be considered to be from Ibn Juraij from Abu Az-Zubai. And we did not write it except from Ishaq bin Rahuyah bin Ibrahm. And yahya bin Saeed Al-Qattan did not abandon the narrations of Ibn Khuthaim, or dod Abdur-Rahamn. However, Ali bin Al-Madini said: "Ibn Khuthaim is Munkar in Hadith," and Ali bin Al-Madini is more knowledgeable of Hadith. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2993)

We remained silent until we thought that he would give it a different name. He said, 'Isn't it the month of Dhul-Hijjah?' We said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Then which city is this?' We remained silent until we thought that he would give it a different name. He said, 'Isn't it this city?' We said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Indeed, your blood, your property, and your honor are sacred among you like the sacredness of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this city of yours. Behold!
