٥۔ كِتَابُ الْمَنَاسِكِ ص ٤
أَنْ تَنْفِرَ إِذَا أَفَاضَتْ»
[Machine] "It (referring to a female) does not get tired, then I heard him say it gets tired because the Prophet ﷺ made an exception for them."
أَنَّهَا لَا تَنْفِرُ ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ تَنْفِرُ «إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَخَّصَ لَهُنَّ»
[Machine] About circumambulation around the Kaaba when menstruating before departing after the Day of Sacrifice, he said, "[Prophet] Aisha used to remember a concession for women, and that was before the death of Abdullah bin Umar by a year."
عَنِ الطَّوَافِ بِالْبَيْتِ إِذَا حِضْنَ قَبْلَ النَّفْرِ وَقَدْ أَفَضْنَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ عَائِشَةَ كَانَتْ «تَذْكُرُ رُخْصَةً لِلنِّسَاءِ وَذَلِكَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بِعَامٍ»
5.86 [Machine] The one who sends his gift while he is residing in his country.
٥۔٨٦ بَابٌ فِي الَّذِي يَبْعَثُ هَدْيَهُ وَهُوَ يُقِيمُ فِي بَلَدِهِ
[Machine] "He said to A'isha, 'O Mother of the Believers, indeed, there are men who send one of them with the offering, along with a person who says, 'When you reach such and such a place, perform the imitation.' When that place is reached, it remains prohibited until the people return.' He said, 'So I heard that transaction from behind the curtain with her, and she said, 'I used to untie the knots for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he sent the offering to the Ka'bah. Nothing was forbidden to him from what was permissible for a man from his family until the people returned.'"
أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِعَائِشَةَ يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِنَّ رِجَالًا يَبْعَثُ أَحَدُهُمْ بِالْهَدْيِ مَعَ الرَّجُلِ فَيَقُولُ إِذَا بَلَغْتَ مَكَانَ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَقَلِّدْهُ فَإِذَا بَلَغَ ذَلِكَ الْمَكَانَ لَمْ يَزَلْ مُحْرِمًا حَتَّى يَحِلَّ النَّاسُ قَالَ فَسَمِعْتُ صَفْقَتَهَا بِيَدِهَا مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْحِجَابِ وَقَالَتْ «لَقَدْ كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ الْقَلَائِدَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَيَبْعَثُ بِالْهَدْيِ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ مَا يَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ مِمَّا يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ النَّاسُ»
[Machine] "I used to untangle the necklaces of the Prophet's ﷺ gifts, then he would send his gift with a replica and he would stay in Madinah and not avoid anything until his gift is sacrificed."
«كُنْتُ أَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَيَبْعَثُ بِهَدْيِهِ مُقَلَّدَةً وَيُقِيمُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَلَا يَجْتَنِبُ شَيْئًا حَتَّى يُنْحَرَ هَدْيُهُ»
5.87 [Machine] The Dislike of Building in Mina
٥۔٨٧ بَابُ كَرَاهِيَةِ الْبُنْيَانِ بِمِنًى
I said: Messenger of Allah, should we not build a house or a building which shades you from the sun? He replied: No, it is a place for the one who reaches there earlier. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2019)
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلَا نَبْنِي لَكَ بِمِنًى بِنَاءً يُظِلُّكَ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا مِنًى مُنَاخُ مَنْ سَبَقَ»
5.88 [Machine] Entering Mecca without performing the obligatory Hajj or Umrah
٥۔٨٨ بَابٌ فِي دُخُولِ مَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامِ حَجٍّ وَلَا عُمْرَةٍ
In the year of the conquest of Mecca the Prophet ﷺ entered Mecca, wearing a helmet on his head. (Using translation from Bukhārī 5808)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ وَعَلَى رَأْسِهِ مِغْفَرٌ فَلَمَّا نَزَعَهُ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا ابْنُ خَطَلٍ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِأَسْتَارِ الْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «اقْتُلُوهُ» قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ وَقُرِئَ عَلَى مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُحْرِمًا
[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ entered Makkah when he conquered it, and he was wearing a black turban without being in a state of Ihram." Isma'il said, "I heard it from Abu Zubair who was with his father."
«دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَكَّةَ حِينَ افْتَتَحَهَا وَعَلَيْهِ عِمَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ» قَالَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ «سَمِعَهُ مِنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ كَانَ مَعَ أَبِيهِ»
5.89 [Machine] The carrot does not give anything to the body
٥۔٨٩ بَابُ لَا يُعْطَى الْجَازِرُ مِنَ الْبُدْنِ شَيْئًا
The Prophet ﷺ ordered me to supervise the (slaughtering) of Budn (Hadi camel) and to distribute their meat, skins and covering sheets in charity and not to give anything (of their bodies) to the butcher as wages for slaughtering. (Using translation from Bukhārī 1717)
أَخْبَرَهُ أن رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَقُومَ عَلَى بُدْنِهِ وَأَنْ يَقْسِمَ بُدْنَهُ كُلَّهَا لُحُومَهَا وَجُلُودَهَا وَجِلَالَهَا وَلَا يُعْطِيَ فِي جِزَارَتِهَا مِنْهَا شَيْئًا
5.90 [Machine] In the reward of the fox.
٥۔٩٠ بَابٌ فِي جَزَاءِ الضَّبُعِ
I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about the hyena. He replied: It is game, and if one who is wearing ihram (pilgrim's robe) hunts it, he should give a sheep as atonement. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3801)
سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الضَّبُعِ فَقَالَ «هُوَ صَيْدٌ وَفِيهِ كَبْشٌ إِذَا أَصَابَهُ الْمُحْرِمُ»
[Machine] "Yes," I said, "I heard it from the messenger of Allah ﷺ?" He said, "Yes." It was said to Abu Muhammad, "What do you say about eating a hyena?" He said, "I dislike eating it."
«نَعَمْ» قُلْتُ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ» قِيلَ لِأَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ «مَا تَقُولُ فِي الضَّبُعِ تَأْكُلُهُ؟» قَالَ «أَنَا أَكْرَهُ أَكْلَهُ»
5.91 [Machine] Who Stays in Makkah During the Nights of Mina for a Reason
٥۔٩١ بَابٌ فِيمَنْ يَبِيتُ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى مِنْ عِلَّةٍ
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that al-'A'bbas b. Abd al-Muttalib (Allah be pleased with him) sought permission from Messenger of Allah ﷺ to spend in Mecca the nights (which be was required to spend) at Mina on account of his office of supplier of water, and he (the Holy Prophet) granted him permission. أَنَّ الْعَّبَاسَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِيَبِيتَ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى مِنْ أَجْلِ سِقَايَتِهِ «فَأَذِنَ لَهُ»
عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ نَحْوَهُ
