قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ لا تبايعوا التمر حتى يبدو صلاحها ولاَ تبايعوا التمر بالتمر
Do not buy fruits (on the trees) until their good condition becomes clear.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ
