[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not buy fruits until their goodness appears, and do not trade fruits with dates." Ibn Shihab said, "Sālim narrated to me from his father from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, something similar to it."  

البيهقي:١٠٥٨٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ بْنِ حَمَّادٍ ثنا أَصْبَغُ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَبْتَاعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ وَلَا تَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَ بِالتَّمْرِ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَحَدَّثَنِي سَالِمٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي الطَّاهِرِ وَحَرْمَلَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ حَدِيثَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ
