[Machine] "On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: Do not sell fruits until their goodness appears, and do not sell fruits with dates."  

البيهقي:١٠٥٦٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ الْعَدْلُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ هُوَ ابْنُ مِلْحَانَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ وَلَا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ بِالتَّمْرِ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ عَنْ حُجَيْنِ بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى عَنِ اللَّيْثِ عَلَى إِرْسَالٍ فِي هَذَا الْمِقْدَارِ مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَبْتَاعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ وَلَا تَبَايَعُوا الثَّمَرَ بِالتَّمْرِ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَحَدَّثَنِي سَالِمٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ
