Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You should not try to cancel the purchases of one another (to get a benefit thereof), and do not go ahead to meet the caravan (for buying the goods) (but wait) till it reaches the market."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ وَلاَ تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا إِلَى السُّوقِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: None of you must buy in opposition to one another ; and do not go out to meet the merchandise, (but one must wait) till it is brought down to the market.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ وَلاَ تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الأَسْوَاقَ

One amongst you should not enter into a transaction when another is bargaining. (Using translation from Muslim 1412e)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ وَلَا تَلَقَّوْا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقَ وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا»

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ forbade receiving goods until they have reached the market, and he forbade ihtijaj (raising prices to deceive customers). He said: 'None of you should sell over the sale of his brother.' When he was in a hurry, he combined Maghrib and Isha prayers."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقُ وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ وَقَالَ لَا يَبِعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ وَكَانَ إِذَا عَجَّلَ بِهِ السَّيْرُ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ forbade receiving goods until they enter the market.

نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ تُتَلَقَّى السِّلَعُ حَتَّى تَدْخُلَ الْأَسْوَاقَ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ forbade receiving goods until they are brought down to the markets and he forbade cheating. He said, "None of you should sell his goods over the sale of another."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقُ وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ وَقَالَ لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ

[AI] It was narrated from the Prophet ﷺ that he forbade receiving goods until they are brought to the markets.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقُ

[AI] The Prophet of Allahﷺ forbade receiving goods until they enter the markets.

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُتَلَقَّى السِّلَعُ حَتَّى تَدْخُلَ الْأَسْوَاقَ

[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited receiving goods until the markets settle down."

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى تَهْبِطَ الْأَسْوَاقُ»

[AI] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited receiving goods until they reach the market. This was narrated in the authentic Hadith from Malik and others, from Nafi'."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ تَلَقِّي السِّلَعِ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا الْأَسْوَاقَ أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ

"لا يَبعْ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيع بَعْضٍ، وَلا تَلَقَّوا السِّلِعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا إِلَى السُّوقِ".

"نَهَى رَسُولُ الله ﷺ عَنْ تَلَقِّى السِّلَع حَتَّى تَهْبِطَ الأسْوَاقَ، وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّجشِ".
