"There are three whom Allah loves and three whom Allah hates. As for those whom Allah loves: Then a man who came to a people and asked them by Allah, and he did not ask them due to any relation between him and them, but they did not give him. So a man stayed behind them and gave him secretly, none knew about what he gave except Allah and the one he gave. And, a group of people who traveled the night until when sleep became more beloved to them than all the things that equal it and they lay their heads down, but a man stoop up humbling himself to Me and reciting My Ayat. And a man who was in a small expedition and met the enemy and they were vanquished, yet he faced them until he was killed or victory was granted to him. And the three whom Allah hates are, the old man who commits adultery, the arrogant poor man, and the oppressive rich man." Another chain reports a similar narration.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ ثَلاَثَةٌ يُحِبُّهُمُ اللَّهُ وَثَلاَثَةٌ يَبْغَضُهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ يُحِبُّهُمُ اللَّهُ فَرَجُلٌ أَتَى قَوْمًا فَسَأَلَهُمْ بِاللَّهِ وَلَمْ يَسْأَلْهُمْ بِقَرَابَةٍ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمْ فَمَنَعُوهُ فَتَخَلَّفَ رَجُلٌ بِأَعْقَابِهِمْ فَأَعْطَاهُ سِرًّا لاَ يَعْلَمُ بِعَطِيَّتِهِ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَالَّذِي أَعْطَاهُ وَقَوْمٌ سَارُوا لَيْلَتَهُمْ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ النَّوْمُ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِمْ مِمَّا يُعْدَلُ بِهِ نَزَلُوا فَوَضَعُوا رُءُوسَهُمْ فَقَامَ أَحَدُهُمْ يَتَمَلَّقُنِي وَيَتْلُو آيَاتِي وَرَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي سَرِيَّةٍ فَلَقِيَ الْعَدُوَّ فَهُزِمُوا وَأَقْبَلَ بِصَدْرِهِ حَتَّى يُقْتَلَ أَوْ يُفْتَحَ لَهُ وَالثَّلاَثَةُ الَّذِينَ يَبْغَضُهُمُ اللَّهُ الشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالْفَقِيرُ الْمُخْتَالُ وَالْغَنِيُّ الظَّلُومُ حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ حَدَّثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ نَحْوَهُ

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ : "Indeed, Allah loves three and dislikes three. Allah dislikes an old man who commits adultery, a proud beggar, and a stingy giver. Allah loves three: a man who was in a unit of soldiers and took care of them until he was either killed or granted victory by Allah, a person who was in a group and they became lost, so they came down late at night and sleeping was more beloved to them than what was needed, but they slept and then stood up to recite my verses, and a person who was approached by a man seeking help from them due to the proximity between them and themselves, and they were stingy toward him, so he followed them, but they gave him something where only Allah could see."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ يُحِبُّ ثَلَاثَةً وَيُبْغِضُ ثَلَاثَةً يُبْغِضُ الشَّيْخَ الزَّانِيَ وَالْفَقِيرَ الْمُخْتَالَ وَالْمُكْثِرَ الْبَخِيلَ وَيُحِبُّ ثَلَاثَةً رَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي كَتِيبَةٍ فَكَرَّ يَحْمِيهِمْ حَتَّى قُتِلَ أَوْفَتَحَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَرَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي قَوْمٍ فَأَدْلَجُوا فَنَزَلُوا مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ وَكَانَ النَّوْمُ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِمْ مِمَّا يُعْدَلُ بِهِ فَنَامُوا وَقَامَ يَتْلُو آيَاتِي وَيَتَمَلَّقُنِي وَرَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي قَوْمٍ فَأَتَاهُمْ رَجُلٌ يَسْأَلُهُمْ بِقَرَابَةٍ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ فَبَخِلُوا عَنْهُ وَخَلَفَ بِأَعْقَابِهِمْ فَأَعْطَاهُ حَيْثُ لَا يَرَاهُ إِلَّا اللهُ وَمَنْ أَعْطَاهُ

[Machine] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: "There are three whom Allah loves and three whom Allah hates. Allah loves a man who is among a group of people and a beggar comes to them and asks them for something for the sake of Allah, not asking them for any relationship or connection between them and him, but they refuse and turn him away. Then he (the man) follows them as they depart, to such an extent that no one can see him except Allah and the one who gave him something. Allah also loves a man who is in the military and they become outnumbered, so he says, 'Allahu Akbar,' and fights until Allah grants him victory or he is killed. And Allah loves a man who is among a group of people, and they set up camp and their night becomes prolonged. They prefer to sleep rather than to spend the night in prayer. So they sleep, and he stands to recite My verses and to beseech Me, and he dislikes the old man who commits adultery and the miserly arrogant person. And he mentions the third (person)."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «ثَلَاثَةٌ يُحِبُّهُمُ اللَّهُ وَثَلَاثَةٌ يُبْغِضُهُمُ اللَّهُ يُحِبُّ رَجُلًا كَانَ فِي قَوْمٍ فَأَتَاهُمْ سَائِلٌ فَسَأَلَهُمْ بِوَجْهِ اللَّهِ لَا يَسْأَلُهُمْ لَقَرَابَةٍ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ فَبَخِلُوا فَخَلَفَهُمْ بِأَعْقَابِهِمْ حَيْثُ لَا يَرَاهُ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَمَنْ أَعْطَاهُ وَرَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي كَتِيبَةٍ فَانْكَشَفُوا فَكَبَّرَ فَقَاتَلَ حَتَّى يَفْتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ أَوْ يُقْتَلَ وَرَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي قَوْمٍ فَأَدْلَجُوا فَطَالَتْ دُلْجَتُهُمْ فَنَزَلُوا وَالنَّوْمُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِمْ مِمَّا يَعْدِلُ بِهِ فَنَامُوا وَقَامَ يَتْلُو آيَاتِي وَيَتَمَلَّقُنِي وَيُبْغِضُ الشَّيْخَ الزَّانِي وَالْبَخِيلَ الْمُتَكَبِّرَ وَذَكَرَ الثَّالِثَ»

"إِنَّ الله ﷻ يُحِبُّ ثَلاثةً، وَيُبْغِضُ ثَلاثَةً. يبغض الشَّيخَ الزَّانى، والْفَقيرَ الْمُخْتَال والْمُكْثِرَ الْبَخِيلَ، ويُحِبُّ ثَلاثَةً: رَجُلٌ كَانَ في كتيبة فكَّر يَحْمِيهم. حَتَّى قُتِلَ، أوْ فَتَح الله عَلَيهِ، وَرَجُلٌ كَانَ فِي قَوْم فَأَدْلَجُوا فَنَزَلُوا مِنْ آخِر اللَّيل، وَكَانَ النَّومُ أحَبَّ إِلَيهِم مَمَّا يُعْدَلُ بِه وَقَامَ يَتْلوُ آيَاتِى، وَيَتَمَلَّقُنِى، ورَجُلٌ كان في قَوْمٍ فَأَتاهُمْ رَجُلٌ يَسْألُهُمْ لِقَرابة بينهُ وبينَهُم فَبَخِلُوا عَنْه، وَخَلفَ بأعْقَابِهِم حَيثُ لا يَرَاهُ إلا الله، ومَنْ أعْطَاهُ".

1852 - " إِنَّ الله تعالى يبغضُ الغنِيَّ الظلومَ والشيخَ الجهولَ والعائِلَ المخْتَال".

قال الحافظ العراقي: سنده ضعيف.

1856 - "إِنَّ الله تعالى يبغض كلَّ عالمٍ بالدنيا جاهلٍ بالآخرةِ".

1859 - "إِنَّ الله تعالى يبغض ابن السبعين في أهله ابن عشرين في مشيته ومنظره".
