البيهقي:١٨٩٥٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مُرَّةَ مَوْلَى عَقِيلٍ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ عَنْ شَاةٍ ذُبِحَتْ فَتَحَرَّكَ بَعْضُهَا فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْكُلَهَا ثُمَّ سَأَلَ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ؓ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ زَيْدٌ إِنَّ الْمَيْتَةَ أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ لَتَتَحَرَّكُ وَنَهَاهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ فِيهِ حَدِيثٌ مَرْفُوعٌ
