[Machine] She said, "Umm Habibah asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about menstruation. Aisha said, 'I saw her garment filled with blood, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, 'Stay in seclusion for as long as your menstruation used to prevent you from praying. Then perform ghusl (ritual bath).'""  

البيهقي:١٥٦٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ عِرَاكٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ إِنَّ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ سَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الدَّمِ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَأَيْتُ مِرْكَنَهَا مُلِئَ دَمًا فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ امْكُثِي قَدْرَ مَا كَانَتْ تَحْبِسُكِ حَيْضَتُكِ ثُمَّ اغْتَسِلِي  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ قُتَيْبَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ فَجَعَلَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِيهِمَا جَمِيعًا إِذَا أَدْبَرَتْ حَيْضَتُهَا أَوْ مَضَى قَدْرَ مَا كَانَتْ حَيْضَتُهَا تَحْبِسُهَا فِي حُكْمِ الطَّاهِرَاتِ وَلَمْ يَأْمُرْ بِالِاسْتِطْهَارِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ فِي حَدِيثِ ضَعِيفٍ مَا يُوهِمُ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِيهِ

"I saw her wash tub filled with blood." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her: "Stop (praying) for as long as your period used to last, then perform Ghusl."
