bayhaqi:1568Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥāfiẓ > Abū Bakr b. Isḥāq al-Faqīh > Ibrāhīm b. Isḥāq > Ibn ʿAbd al-Malik / Muḥammad > al-Firyābī > Abū Bakr b. ʿAyyāsh > Ḥarām b. ʿUthmān 27 > Ibn Jābir from his father

[Machine] The daughter of Mursheed al-Ansariyah came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "My menstrual period has prolonged." He asked, "How so?" She replied, "It continues to come and go, whenever I become pure from it, it returns." He instructed her, "If you witness this, then wait for three days." Abu Bakr's son, meaning Ibn Ishaq, narrated this report, and it is possible that he stated it because purification occurs frequently during the menstrual period, so it could be considered as a continuation of the period. The Sheikh, Harām ibn Uthmān, is considered weak, and his narrations cannot be relied upon as evidence.
