قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ كَرَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ إِذَا اشْتَكَى رَأْسُهُ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالْحُمَّى وَالسَّهَرِ
The believers are like one person; if his head aches, the whole body aches with fever and sleeplessness.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ كَرَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ إِنِ اشْتَكَى رَأْسُهُ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالْحُمَّى وَالسَّهَرِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The example of a believer is like the example of a body. When one part of the body complains, the rest of the body responds with sleeplessness and fever."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَمَثَلِالْجَسَدِ إِذَا اشْتَكَى الرَّجُلُ رَأْسَهُ تَدَاعَى لَهُ سَائِرُ جَسَدِهِ
Nu'man b. Bashir reported that Muslims are like one body of a person; if the eye is sore, the whole body aches, and if the head aches, the whole body aches. (Using translation from Muslim 2586d)

اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا مَثَلُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كَرَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ إِذَا اشْتَكَى تَدَاعَى سَائِرُ الْجَسَدِ بِالسَّهَرِ وَالْحُمَّى
"المؤمِنون كرجل واحد إن اشْتَكَى رأسُه تَدَاعَى له سَائرُ الجَسَدِ بالحُمَّى والسَّهَرِ" .
