[Machine] This passage in Arabic means: "Abu Hurayrah mentioned its meaning with us."
it has reached me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ decreed that the child belongs to the owner of the bed (husband) and the adulterer be stoned.
[Machine] Abu Huraira used to pray in Medina, close to the prayer of Qais ibn Abi Hazim. So I said to him, "O Abu Huraira, did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pray like this?" He said, "Did you find fault in my prayer?" I said, "No, by Allah, I only wanted to ask you." He said, "Yes, and it is permissible."
[Machine] And he (Abu Huraira) said, while he was staying in Medina: I saw him (the Prophet) praying a prayer that was neither too short nor too long. Isma'il said it was similar to the prayer of Qays bin Abi Hazim. So I said to Abu Huraira, "Was this how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray?" He said, "Did you find fault with any of my prayers?" I said, "No, but I wanted to ask you." He said, "Yes, and he offered it concisely."
[Machine] "To Abu Huraira, Ali used to recite Surah al-Jumu'ah on Fridays. And when the hypocrites came to him, Abu Huraira said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite them."

[Machine] About Ma'dan bin Abi Talha
I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Allah, the Exalted, says: Son of Adam, do not be helpless in performing four rak'ahs for Me at the beginning of the day: I will supply what you need till the end of it. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1289)
Messenger of Allah narrated that Allah, Blessed and Most High said: "Son of Adam: Perform four Rak'ah for Me in the beginning of the day it will suffice you for the latter part of it." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 475)
[Machine] Narrated by Ibn Hawalah al-Azdi, who was one of the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , that the Prophet ﷺ said: "There will be armies supported by Allah in Sham (Greater Syria), Yemen, and Iraq. Allah knows best which will come first. You should go to Sham, go to Sham, go to Sham. Whoever dislikes going to Sham, let him go to Yemen, for Allah has taken me (as a guardian) over Sham and its people."

I used to see dreams (and was so much perturbed) that I began to quiver and have temperature, but did not cover myself with a mantle. I met Abu Qatada and made a mention of that to him. He said: I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: A good vision comes from Allah and a (bad) dream (hulm) from devil. So when one of you sees a bad dream (hulm) which he does not like, he should spit on his left side thrice and seek refuge with Allah from its evil; then it will not harm him. (Using translation from Muslim 2261a)

[Machine] We were with Abi Qatadah on the rooftop of our house when he saw a falling star. We all looked at it and Abi Qatadah said, "Indeed, we have been forbidden from following it with our sight."

[Machine] Muawiyah arrived in Medina and was received by Abu Qatadah. Abu Qatadah said, "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has said that you will face difficulties after me." [Machine] From Abu Umamah, who narrated it from the Prophet ﷺ : "The beast will emerge and the people will brand themselves on their foreheads with their marks, and then they will immerse themselves in you (the society) until a man will go and buy a camel, and he will ask, 'From whom did you buy it?' He will say, 'I bought it from one of the branded ones.' And Yunus (the narrator) said: 'Meaning Ibn Muhammad.' And they will continue to immerse themselves in you (the society) without any doubt." Then he raised it.

[Machine] Write and deliver a letter to Prince Abdullah bin Qurt from Thawban, the servant of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . As for what follows, if Musa and Isa were servants in your presence, you would have freed them and rewarded them. Then Thawban folded the letter and asked, "Should I deliver it to him?" He replied, "Yes." So the man left with his letter and handed it to Ibn Qurt. When he read it, he stood up in shock. The people asked, "What's the matter with him? Has something new happened?" Thawban approached him until he entered, and then he returned and sat with him for an hour. After that, he stood up, took off his cloak, and said, "Sit down until I narrate to you a hadith that I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ . I heard him say, 'Seventy thousand from my Ummah will enter Paradise without being held to account or punished. For every thousand, there will be another seventy thousand.'"

Abu Bakr raised his hands towards the sky and praised Allah for what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had commanded him to do. Then Abu Bakr delayed until he joined the row, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ advanced and prayed. And he mentioned something similar to the meaning of the hadith of Hammad ibn Salamah.

[Machine] Ibn Buhaynah narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed a prayer with us that we thought was 'Asr prayer. He stood up in the second (rak'ah) and did not sit down. When it was before he finished, he prostrated twice.
[Machine] I entered with my father to Muawiyah, and we sat on the beds. Then we were brought food, and we ate. Then we were brought drinks, and Muawiyah drank first, then passed it to my father. Then he said, "I have not drunk it since the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited it." Then Muawiyah said, "I was the most handsome of the youth of Quraysh and the most eloquent in speech. There was nothing that I found enjoyable as much as I found it when I was a young man, except for milk or a person who has good conversation and talks to me."
[Machine] That his father participated in sixteen battles with the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ .
[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that there will be men in this Ummah at the end of times, or he said men will emerge from this Ummah at the end of times, who will have sticks like the tails of cows. They will wake up in the anger of Allah and sleep in His wrath."
[Machine] Abu Ghaleb informed us.
[Machine] I heard Abu Ghaleb say when the heads of the Azariqah (a tribe) were brought and placed on the steps of Damascus, Abu Amama came and when he saw them, his eyes shed tears. He said, "They are the dogs of Hellfire, the worst of killers who were killed beneath the heavens. And the best of killers are those who were killed beneath the heavens by those they killed." I asked him, "Why are your eyes shedding tears?" He replied, "Out of mercy for them, as they were from the people of Islam." I said, "Do you say this out of your own opinion or did you hear it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ?" He said, "I am daring and I indeed heard it from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , not once, twice, or three times, but repeatedly."
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever dirties his feet in the cause of Allah for an hour during the day, then they are forbidden upon the Fire."
[Machine] "Tawus narrated that Mu'adh came to him with the issue of cows and honey, and he said: The Prophet ﷺ did not give me any instructions regarding them. Sufyan said: Al-Awqas refers to those who are below thirty."
[Machine] I used to ride behind the Prophet ﷺ on a red camel, and he said, "O Mu'adh!" I said, "Here I am at your service, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Do you know the right of Allah upon His servants?" I said, "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said it three times, and I said it three times. Then he said, "Their right upon Him is that they worship Him alone and do not associate anything with Him. Do you know the right of the servants upon Allah if they do that?" I said, "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said it three times, and I said it three times. Then he said, "Their right upon Him is that He forgives them and admits them to Paradise."
[Machine] Narrated to us, so he mentioned a similar hadith.
[Machine] I heard Mu'adh saying, "We served the Prophet ﷺ," which means we waited for him, and he mentioned his significance with us.
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Surely, this pain is a filthy thing and a punishment, or the residue of a punishment. It is something beloved, through which people before you were punished. So, if it is in a land where you are, then do not leave it. And if you hear about it in a land, then do not enter it." I said to him, "Did you hear Osama mentioning it to Sa'd and he did not deny it?" He said, "Yes."
"I was a companion rider with the Prophet at Arafat. He raised his hands in supplication, so his she-camel began leaning and he dropped her halter, so he took the halter with one of his hands while he was raising the other hand." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3011)
