“O Allah, give me pleasure in my hearing and my sight, and make it the inheritor from me, and aid me against whoever oppresses me, and take vengeance from him for me (Allāhumma mattiʿnī bisamʿī wa baṣarī wajʿalhumal-wāritha minnī, wanṣurnī ʿalā man yaẓlimunī, wa khudh minhu bitha’rī)”

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَدْعُو فَيَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ مَتِّعْنِي بِسَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَاجْعَلْهُمَا الْوَارِثَ مِنِّي وَانْصُرْنِي عَلَى مَنْ يَظْلِمُنِي وَخُذْ مِنْهُ بِثَأْرِي هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ

[Machine] The translation of the given Arabic text is:

"That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to supplicate and say, 'O Allah, grant me enjoyment and benefit from my hearing and sight, and make them an inheritance for me. O Allah, help me against my enemies and show me my revenge in them.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَدْعُو فَيَقُولُ «اللَّهُمَّ أَمْتِعْنِي بِسَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَاجْعَلْهُمَا الْوَارِثَ مِنِّي اللَّهُمَّ انْصُرْنِي عَلَى عَدُوِّي وَأَرِنِي فِيهِ ثَأْرِي»

[Machine] It was from the supplication of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , "O Allah, bless me with good hearing and eyesight, and make them an inheritance from me. Grant me victory over those who wronged me, and show me vengeance in them."

كَانَ مِنْ دُعَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ «اللَّهُمَّ مَتِّعْنِي بِسَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَاجْعَلْهُمَا الْوَارِثَ مِنِّي وَانْصُرْنِي عَلَى مَنْ ظَلَمَنِي وَأَرِنِي فِيهِ ثَأْرِي»

رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم اللَّهُمَّ متعني بسمعي وبصري واجعلهما الوارث مني وانصرني على من ظلمني وأرني منه ثأريوهذا الحديث لا نحفظه من حديث مُحَمد بن عَمْرو إلاَّ من حديث المحاربي

"اللَّهُمَّ متِّعْنِى بسَمْعى وَبَصَرى، وَاجْعَلهُمَا الوارِثَ منِّي، وانْصُرْنِى عَلَى مَنْ ظَلَمَنى وَخُذْ منْهُ ثَأرى" .

"اللَّهُمَّ انْصُرْنِى عَلَى مَنْ بَغَى عَلَيَّ, وَأرِنِى ثَأرى مِمَّن ظَلَمَنِي، وَعَافِنِى في جَسدِى وَمتِّعْنِى بِسمْعِى وَبَصَرِى وَاجْعَلهُمَا الْوَارِثَ مِنِّي" .
