that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "O Allah, let my hearing and sight be sound and make them remain sound until I die. Turn away from me the one who wrongs me and give me revenge on him."
the Prophetً ﷺ used to say: "O Allah, let me enjoy my sight and hearing and make them remain sound until I die. Turn away my enemy and grant me revenge on him."
We used to go and visit the Prophet ﷺ. On one occasion a man and woman came and the man asked, 'Messenger of Allah, what should I say when I pray?' He replied, “Say:
O Allah, forgive me, show mercy to me, guide me and provide for me
These will combine this world and the Next world for you.”
