31. Duas (Supplications)
٣١۔ كتاب الدعاء
Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The supplication of any of you is answered as long as he does not get impatient and say, 'I made supplication and was not answered.'"
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ يُسْتَجَابُ لأَحَدِكُمْ مَا لَمْ يَعْجَلْ يَقُولُ دَعَوْتُ فَلَمْ يُسْتَجَبْ لِي
Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The supplication of any of you is answered as long as he does not make supplication for something which is a wrong action or cutting off ties of kinship or become impatient and say, 'I made supplication and was not answered,' and so he stops making supplication.'"
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يُسْتَجَابُ لأَحَدِكُمْ مَا لَمْ يَدْعُ بِإِثْمٍ أَوْ قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ أَوْ يَسْتَعْجِلَ فَيَقُولُ دَعَوْتُ فَلاَ أَرَى يَسْتَجِيبُ لِي فَيَدَعُ الدُّعَاءَ
