"عَنْ عَائِشَةَ: قَتْلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَخَاهُ كُفْرٌ، وَسَبِابُهُ فُسُوقٌ، وَحُرْمَةُ مَالِه كَحُرْمَةِ دَمِه".
