"مَنْ وَطِيء أَمَتَهُ فَوَلَدَتْ [لَهُ] فَهِيَ مُعْتَقةٌ عَنْ دُبُرٍ".

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ وَلَدَتْ أَمَتُهُ مِنْهُ فَهِيَ مُعْتَقَةٌ عَنْ دُبُرٍ مِنْهُ
