He surely gives it to him. Thabit al-Bunani said: AbuZabyah came to visit us and he transmitted this tradition to us from Mu'adh ibn Jabal from the Prophet ﷺ. Thabit said: So and so said: I tried my best to utter these (prayers) when I got up, but I could not do.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ عَلَى ذِكْرٍ طَاهِرًا فَيَتَعَارُّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَيَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ خَيْرًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ قَالَ ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو ظَبْيَةَ فَحَدَّثَنَا بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ ثَابِتٌ قَالَ فُلاَنٌ لَقَدْ جَهَدْتُ أَنْ أَقُولَهَا حِينَ أَنْبَعِثُ فَمَا قَدَرْتُ عَلَيْهَا
“There is no person who goes to bed in a state of purity, then wakes up at night, and asks Allah for something in this world or the Hereafter, but it will be given to him.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ بَاتَ عَلَى طُهُورٍ ثُمَّ تَعَارَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَسَأَلَ اللَّهَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أَمْرِ الدُّنْيَا أَوْ مِنْ أَمْرِ الآخِرَةِ إِلاَّ أَعْطَاهُ
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There is no Muslim who spends the night remembering Allah in a state of purity, then he wakes up in the middle of the night and asks Allah for good in this world and the Hereafter, except that Allah will grant him what he asked for." Hasan (good) in his Hadith. Thabit Al-Bunani came to us here and narrated this Hadith from Mu'adh. Abu Salamah said, "I think he meant Abu Dhabiyah."

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no Muslim who spends the night remembering Allah in a state of purity, and then becomes startled during the night and asks Allah for good in this world and in the Hereafter, except that Allah grants it to him." Thabit came to us and narrated this hadith, and I don't know it except from Abu Thabiyyah. I asked Hammad about Mu'adh, and he said it is narrated from Mu'adh.

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No Muslim spends the night remembering Allah in a state of purity and then wakes up during the night and asks Allah for good, whether pertaining to this worldly life or the Hereafter, except that Allah grants it to him."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ عَلَى ذِكْرِ اللهِ طَاهِرًا فَيَتَعَارَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَيَسْأَلُ اللهَ خَيْرًا مِنْخَيْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ
قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَبِيتُ طَاهِرًا أَوْ عَلَى طَهَارَةٍ فَيَتَعَارَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ يَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ حَاجَةً مِنْ حَوَائِجِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ
[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever goes to bed in a state of purity and remembers Allah until he falls asleep, he will not be overcome by sleep for an hour of the night without asking Allah for something good in this world and the Hereafter, except that Allah will grant it to him."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ آوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ طَاهِرًا يَذْكُرُ اللهَ حَتَّى يُدْرِكَهُ النُّعَاسُ لَمْ يَتَغَلَّبْ سَاعَةً مِنَ اللَّيْلِ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ شَيْئًا مِنْ خَيْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ اللهُ إِيَّاهُ»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no Muslim who stays up during the night in a state of purity, then asks Allah for good in this world and the Hereafter, except that He grants it to him." Musa ibn Ismail added, "Hammad reported to us that Abu Thabitah narrated to us from Muadh, from the Prophet ﷺ with a similar statement."

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no Muslim who stays up at night remembering Allah in a state of purity, then asks Allah for the goodness of this world and the Hereafter, except that he will be granted it." Thabit came to us and narrated this hadith, and I only know it to be from Abu Dhubayyah. I asked Hammad about Muadh, and he said it was narrated by Muadh.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ عَلَى ذِكْرٍ طَاهِرًا فَيَتَعَارَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ يَسْأَلُ اللهَ خَيْرًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أُعْطِيهِ» فَقَالَ ثَابِتٌ فَقَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا فَحَدَّثَنَا بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا يَعْنِي أَبَا ظَبْيَةَ قُلْتُ لِحَمَّادٍ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ؟ قَالَ عَنْ مُعَاذٍ
"مَنْ أَوَى إِلى فِرَاشِهِ طَاهِرًا يَذْكُرُ اللهَ حَتَّى يُدْرِكهُ النُّعَاسُ لَمْ يَتَقَلَّبْ سَاعَةً مِنَ اللَّيلِ يَسْأَلُ الله شَيئًا مِنْ خَيرِ الدنْيا وَالآخِرَةِ إِلا أَعْطَاهُ الله إِيَّاهُ".
"مَنْ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا عَلَى ذِكْرِ اللهِ -لَمْ يَتَعَارَّ سَاعَةً مِن اللَّيلِ يَسْأَلُ الله فِيهَا شَيئًا مِنْ أَمْرِ الدنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ إِلا أَعْطَاهُ الله إِيَّاهُ".
"مَنْ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا عَلَى ذِكْرِ الله حَتَّى يَرْجعَ إِلَيهِ رُوحُه، لَمْ يَسْأَلِ الله تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالى خَيرًا مِن أَمْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أَتَاهُ إِيَّاه".
"مَنْ بَاتَ طَاهِرًا عَلَى ذِكْرِ الله ﷻ لَمْ يَتَعَارَ سَاعَةً مِن اللَّيلِ يَسْألُ الله فِيهَا شَيئًا مِن أَمْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَة إِلا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاه".
