quran:23:4 –

And they who are observant of zakah  

and who fulfil payment of alms,
القرآن:٢٣:٤ –

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِلزَّكَاةِ فَاعِلُونَ  

{والذين هم للزكاة فاعلون} مؤدون.
