It was narrated from Tawus that the Messenger of Allah made 'Umra and Ruqba binding. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3726)

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٥٢٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَكْحُولٌ

عَنْ طَاوُسٍ بَتَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعُمْرَى وَالرُّقْبَى»

النسائي:٣٧١١ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

الْعُمْرَى وَالرُّقْبَى سَوَاءٌ
