[Machine] He said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Any slave who has partners, and one of them frees his share, then he will be established in the wealth of the one who freed him with a just value, and he will be freed if his wealth reaches that.'"  

الكبرى للنسائي:٤٩٣٢أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «أَيُّمَا مَمْلُوكٍ كَانَ بَيْنَ شُرَكَاءَ فَأَعْتَقَ أَحَدُهُمَا نَصِيبَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُقَامُ فِي مَالِ الَّذِي أَعْتَقَ قِيمَةَ عَدْلٍ فَيُعْتِقُ إِنْ بَلَغَ ذَلِكَ مَالَهُ»

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "If a slave has two partners in ownership and one of them frees his share, then he will be considered as having emancipated his property in accordance with its fair value. If he has sufficient wealth, he should then free him."

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whichever slave has partners, and one of them emancipates their share, it will be adjusted in the wealth of the one who emancipated. Its value will be assessed fairly, and if his wealth reaches that, then he will be emancipated."  

ابن حبّان:٤٣١٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "If any slave is owned jointly by partners and one of them frees him, then he should give the share of his partners to him (the slave). For he will be established in the property of the one who frees him at the value of justice, then he should free him if he has enough wealth for that."
