" When Allah's Apostle ﷺ fell ill, he blew over his body by reciting Mu'awwidhatan and rubbed him with his hand.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَكَى نَفَثَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بَالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ وَمَسَحَ عَنْهُ بِيَدِهِ

'A'isha reported that when Messenger of Allah ﷺ fell ill, he recited over his body Mu'awwidhatan and blew over him and when his sickness was aggravated I used to recite over him and rub him with his band with the hope that it was more blessed.

[Machine] About the Prophet (PBUH), whenever he fell sick, he used to recite the "Mu'awwidhat" (i.e. Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) and blow onto himself.

the wife of Prophet ﷺ said: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ suffered from some pain, he recited mu'awwadhat in his heart and blew (them over him). When the pain became severe, I recited (them) over him and wiped him with his hand in the hope of its blessing. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3902)  

أحمد:٢٦٢٦٣حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَكَى يَقْرَأُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ وَيَنْفُثُ فَلَمَّا اشْتَدَّ وَجَعُهُ كُنْتُ أَقْرَأُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَمْسَحُ عَنْهُ بِيَدِهِ رَجَاءَ بَرَكَتِهَا  

ذِكْرُ مَا يُعَوِّذُ الْمَرْءُ بِهِ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ عِلَّةٍ تَعْتَرِيهِ

“Whenever the Prophet ﷺ fell ill, he would recite the Mu’awwidhat and blow, and when his pain grew worse, I would recite over him and wipe his hand over him, hoping for its blessing.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3529)  

ابن حبّان:٢٩٦٣أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite the Mu'awwathat (Surahs of refuge: Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) on himself when he felt unwell and blew upon himself.
